Hostel in front of main road, in the middle of shoplot of phone shops,right opposite of China merchant bank Old town lijiang need to cross the road from hostel n walk straight 20m to the entrance of old town Ask owner to sell us 1 bowl steam rice & 4 raw eggs She charged only 2yuan for big bowl of rice & 4yuan/egg Coz 2 days we can't find raw egg,rice in any market Got heater in room for 15yuan/night Got hot shower n at sink Also hot blanket on bed Pick up to Qiaotou for TLG trail near hostel Book at hostel for 40yuan

Great cheap option”

Good cheap option for Lijiang. It's a little walk from the Old Town, but definitely within walking distance. You have to enter through a little walkway that's easy to miss. The room was not bad and it was clean. Bed wasn't super comfortable but it wasn't bad, and the room had basically everything that I would need! Shower didn't get that hot, but it was warm enough for a quick shower. If you want to get the best Lijiang experience, pick somewhere that is in the old town. If you just want a comfortable place that's cheap, this is a good option.

Good environment & Decorations”

This hostel is about 15 minutes walking from Lijiang Bus Station. Hostel decorations are very nice with all nation flags for those who have stayed there. The shower took quite some time to heat up & it is pretty cold while waiting. There is no towel provided so bring your own.

I had a private room for 3 and it was really good for the cheap price, the location is very nice as it is just outside the old city (4 min walk) so you have both the possibilities of the new and old lijiang. However the surroundings of the place is noisy during the night...

LOCATION”

The hostel location is strategic, near to old town (north gate), is about 20m from the hostel. Facilities was the best and i dont think that is a hostel but, is just like a hotel. The price is quite unexpected because the services and facilities was very good. The staffs was really helpful and can speak English very well which easy to communicate and get an information. Will recommend to others.

very pleasant youthhostel!”

Very pleasant. We did not enjoy the town Lijiang that much but with this hostel we will remember it as a nice stop! away from the touristy buzz it was a very nice place to enjoy some time relaxing.

This place locate near the old town. You just walk across the street and you will see the entrance of old town. There have food and shop around the place. Staff very helpful and can speak English very well.

Acceptable but not the first choice”

good price but location isn't really good and its very hard to locate. They clean the linen from time to time. But hot water need superrrrrr long time to be ready, yes i mean super looooooong. i waited for 10 minutes in the cold morning letting the water run to get warm water, but end up no hot water and i have to leave and rush for my train. The staff is a bit offensive when i decided not to book my trip with them. anyway for the price it is acceptable.

The location was excellent cos it's near the old town. Everything was fine when we stayed there.

Convenient and simple”

The staff were helpful and kind. The room is nicely equipped with electric blankets for the colder days. The heating in the room was not very effective though, so it was a bit of a nuisance that any body part not covered would be cold.

Relax one. Comfortable. A little bit expensive with old room. But staff is friendly and helpful. The hot shower is really good.

I stayed this hostel only one night. I really didn't want to stay more in this hostel. It was soooooo cold. and the shower machine was broken. don't wanna go this hostel again!!

Functional place. Nothing fancy but served its purpose as a rest stop on the way to tiger leaping. Very helpful front desk staff that has a good understanding of English.
