I was skeptical at first while booking as there weren’t many recent reviews for me to refer to. But this hotel totally exceeded my expectations. As I was taking public transport, I found out that the hotel has free shuttle from Taichung HSR. Emailed hotel and they were so helpful to help me book instead as I didn’t have a Taiwan number to register myself online. Room was super spacious and comfortable. Drink and snacks were all complimentary. There is family mart at the hotel and outlet mall was just 5 mins walk away. The amusement park was just a walk away and there is both dry and wet for you to choose. We spent about 3-4 hours there and managed to play quite a few rides. Food was affordable at discovery land.

The hotel is at a great location right next to the shopping outlet, but the equipment is old. Make sure you check your AC work right after you check in. We have to change the room at night because our AC isn't working at all.

You can hear fighting next door. In my opinion, I paid more than I got. If it's a NTD 2000~3000 room, I may say it's acceptable. But it's a NTD 6000 room. The quality is totally not equal to the price.

We were expecting 5 star facilities since we paid 5 star rates. Besides it being close to the theme park and outlet, there was not advantage staying here. Breakfast was good but again, not 5 stars. Would not stay here again.

We took two night at this hotel, which was very quiet and relaxing. We received the room quickly. The kids enjoyed playing at the pool and didn't want to leave. The room service was quick.

Nice hotel for a family with kids and elderly”
We had a nice experience gor a 2-day stay in this hotel. The room is spacious and clean. We have a baby so hotel offered us a banycot and bath tub which helps us a lot. Though the location is not that convenient, it is still our choice when come next time.

Suitable if u r only targeting at playing in the amusement park, otherwise it's far from everwhere. Rooms are quite big and clean. Roomkeepers might be busy so u need to call the frontcounter for help but they are nice. Breakfast buffet was ok,just ok actually, and only served until10:00/10:30. We came 30 minutes before closing, half of the food was empty and the rice poridge was a bit cold already.But once asked the staff there, they were willing to help. If u book through agoda, u need to pay extra if u want to use some of the facilities in hotel, like sauna room.
