Good Option, Good location”

Really enjoyed Ko Lipe - lovely place. This hotel was a pleasant surprise in the overall room standard although the design and open windows did not make for much privacy. Despite it's location along walking street - there was minimal noise disturbance except for a couple actually staying in the hotel, but that can happen anywhere. The wifi worked really well, though the TV in the room was broken. Water always hot. Would go back.

Good Location”

I was 3 days at Koh Lipe. Initially, I was wish to stay at bundhaya resort. But it is fully booked due to peak season. Leelawadee was the few choices left. It is located along the walking street, 5 min walk to pattaya beach, 7-ll is just beside. Room is quite big with balcony, toilet is clean with functional water heater. The bad is the breakfast provided, it is not buffet style, 1 person only served with 1 plate of simple western breakfast. it is not fill my stomach at all. The room price also abit high, may be due to peak season.

Centre of Walking Street.”

Nice place in the middle of it all. Easy to get to everything Koh Lipe has to offer. Downside: no mention on agoda.com website obout a 3% surcharge for using a credit card.

Good, will go back if we were to visit Koh Lipe again.

Great room, perfect location and friendly staff”

I loved the room, it was spacious, the bed was perfect and it's right in the center of everything. All the clubs with loud noises are pretty far away which is good for sleep. No complaints, loved it! :) Definitely recommend! P/S the restaurant opposite the resort is good too!

Walking street location, convenient to everything”

This was a pleasant, leafy green location right off the walking street. Our room had its own small patio with table and chairs, shady and breezy. The room was updated and comfortable, but could have used a few more electrical outlets, my only gripe. We enjoyed the view, but if you are in need of more privacy, the upstairs might be more to your liking, as the large glass doors downstairs open to the lovely central garden where people staying there walk by (curtains closed provide privacy, but no view!). The patio is screened a bit by greenery, but still not totally private. Bathroom was clean but could have used a new sink faucet. No pool, but short walk to the beach. Restaurant at the hotel had simple but good breakfast choices and great Thai pancakes (many many varieties), as well as fresh coffee. Great spot to linger and people watch on the walking street.

Noisy place, bad service”

Unfriendly staff. They do not clean rooms and don't change towels. "Hotel" located near diving center or smthng, so all the day you will hear noise from compressor and in the morning ringing of air tanks. They have a lot of tourists at koh Lipe, so they dont care about good service. It is better to pay more for better hotel in more quiet place. 2-3 days is enough to stay on Koh Lipe.

Travel”

This is good area in Lipe Island we goes with team 8 person didn't has service for pick up at the port, we goes to Resort by taxi so expensive, because not so far but 50 bht/person, At Resort can walk in walking street comfortable about Restaurants enjoy on the beach far from the beach 300 M. Good for stayed.

Centrally located on the Walking Street”

The hotel is centrally located on the Walking Street, less than 5 minutes walking distance to Koh Lipe's only 7-11. Many eateries and massage parlors nearby the hotel. Only 5 minutes walking distance from hotel to Pattaya Beach.

comfortable stay”

Nice clean rooms with good standard, fridge in the room - can make your own ice in the room. Good location - middle of the walking street between pataya and sunrise beach, so close to everywhere. Quiet rooms, I recommend the upstairs with private balcony are better, great for couples if u need privacy.

Great location ”

Very central. Room could have been cleaned better, dust on the lamp and light fitting was very thick and bathroom shower area could have been better. Overall though a nice little hotel.

The staff is really friendly and helpful”

I spend my 2 night in this resort, it's great to stay in this resort. Simply and relax.

Overrated”

I stayed in the hotel for 5 nights and it was 1 of 6 different hotels we stayed in at our three week journey to thailand - at all in all it was the one that disappointed us the most. The hotel is located directly at the walking street, it just takes you 1 to max 5 minutes to almost every restaurant there is. At night it was mostly quiet, but this always depends on the people who share a hotel with you. What really sucked was the fact that the room was full of mosquitos. Even on the walls you could see many of dead ones. We obviously werent the only ones with that problem. In 5 Minutes we killed at least 20 of them, which wasnt great fun. Besides, the room was mostly clean and acceptable but without character. There are other locations on that beautiful island i would prefer, especially at sunrise beach.

All would have been great if not for the rust smelling water and old bathroom”

Good location right in the middle of the walking street with restaurants and bars right in front of you. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and the balcony was a nice touch. TV had satellite channels but everything was in Thai - ok since we were not there to watch TV. All would have been great if not for the very old bathroom with a broken tap and water that smells like rust. We requested to change room which they obliged but the water was only a little better. Such a shame because it is a rather nice hotel. Didn't have the breakfast so can't comment.

Great location but loud at night”

Fantastic location right on Walking Street - in the centre of everything. Easy to get to all the beaches (and we'd really recommend checking out the small beach near Sunset Beach) but the location does mean that it was loud at night (though this was also due to groups of guests staying). Really nice room, top location marks.

the room rates were quite expensive as we stayed during peak season. The room was ok but it was not really clean. The floor was quite greasy, the toilet door was broken and the heater spoiled when i was taking bath. However, it was all fixed when we reflected to the staff. We booked rooms with breakfast but the staff keep asking us to pay for the breakfast when we asked them to prepare. I don't think this hotel is value for the money for being around rm500/night/room except for its good location.

Nice staff”

Location was nice, very near to walking street, staff was friendly although they dont speak fluent english. But i do encounter spiderweb on the room though, and I wish there were instuction on how to use the safe deposit box

Excellent location but lack of maintainance”

Resort is along the walking street,very nice location,but the facilities inside this resort are very old and the cleanliness have to improve.

Hotel is located nearby to Pataya beach”

The hotel is located along walking street and less than 50m walk to the Pataya Beach. I am there during the low season so there was not alot of people. The room is big. Only complain is that the shower water pressure is low, and hot water is little. Remember to close your room doors and dun open the window, many mosquitoes. The lady boss was not in the mood of smiling to talk to guest and intro places to go around. I stayed there 2 days and changed to Wapi Resort which is beachfront to Sunrise Beach. During Low Season go stay at sunrise beach area and during high season stay nearby to Pataya beach as the sea current changes and it carries alot of rubbish to the beaches..PLEASE DO NOT LITTER, keep the beaches clean.
