Limited quantity of onsite mechanical parking on the first come first served basis. The maximum height for vehicles entering the onsite parking lots is 170 cm. You may be guided to off-site parking lots which are 7-10 minutes walking distance from the hotel in case the onsite parking lots are not available. In addition, there might be queues of vehicles in shopping malls during holidays. Please drive along the outer road and follow the traffic to the main entrance of the hotel.

Here’s a version of your hotel review written in a natural, travel-review style that fits platforms like Agoda or Google: *** We had a great stay at this hotel. The location is a bit far from the train station, but it’s right next to Big City shopping mall, which is super convenient for dining and shopping. The mall also provides a shuttle bus to and from the train station, so getting around wasn’t a problem. Before arriving, I saw a few reviews mentioning rude staff, but my experience was the opposite. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. We checked in quite late around 10 p.m., and the front desk staff kindly offered us a late checkout, which we really appreciated. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bathroom was modern and well-maintained, and there were USB and Type-C charging ports which made it very convenient for travelers. Breakfast was excellent with a wide selection of dishes and everything tasted great, though it could get a bit crowded in the morning. Overall, I was very satisfied with the stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

“Nice hotel; poor customer service ”
I don’t usually write reviews, but our disappointing experience with the restaurant staff at this hotel compelled me to speak up. Our family recently stayed here for four nights. While the room itself was clean and comfortable, the service at the breakfast buffet left much to be desired. On July 2, we arrived at 9:30am and were immediately told—rather sternly—by the hostess that we must finish our breakfast by 10:00am. She emphasized that if we continued eating past 10:00am, the price would jump from *** to *** per person. We said we’d do our best to finish by then, and that if we didn’t, she could charge us the higher rate. What followed, however, felt incredibly uncomfortable. We were watched closely the entire time—as if we were trying to game the system. At 10:03am, I returned to the table with my final plate—a simple bowl of tofu dessert—only to be approached again by the hostess, who warned us that if we got more food, the price would increase. I calmly told her to charge us the higher rate if necessary. Then, at 10:25am, just as we were wrapping up and preparing to leave, she came over yet again—this time to tell us we had to vacate the table because there were “many reservations” coming in. Oddly enough, when I walked by the restaurant at 11:00am, it was mostly empty—our table included. It wasn’t the *** price difference that bothered us. It was the way we were treated: not like valued guests, but as if we were trying to take advantage of the establishment. That kind of attitude completely soured an otherwise pleasant hotel stay.

“Super great hotel”
One of the best hotel I ever stayed. Even though it stated that it is 3 star hotel, I felt that it should be a 4 star hotel. The room issued to us come with a bathtub, the toilet bowl comes with auto bidet seat. The room size was big, clean and the bed was comfortable. The view from the room was nice and we could see the city of Hsinchu. Super plus point, the drinks at the fringe were free for us as guests. What a nice gesture by the hotel. The staff is very nice and friendly. The customer service staff will take time to explain the facilities available in the hotel. timing for buffet breakfast, where to go for breakfast, how to scan your card to take lift and reach your room. Especially when returning hotel late in the night, the staff at the counter will watch and ensure only guests are taking the lift. Feeling safe staying in this hotel. Even the chambermaid will leave her name card and advise guest to call her if we need any assistance regarding the room. The breaskfast served was super great. Taste delicious and nice . Plus A lot of variety available to choose. Another great thing, it is located next to a mega shopping centre, Big C. Plus, it take less than 5min of travelling time via bus to HsinChu TRA station. Will visit this hotel again when next time I visit HsinChu City again

“Underrated ”
Underrated. Staff are friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast spread is probably 60% of 5star hotels like Marriott. But the quality is commensurable. Many details all add up to smart luxury. Filtered water dispenser on every floor. Even automated shoe polisher. Our room has a designated water tumbler. Spacious work table for 2. Firm pillows. The toilet bowl has automated bidet with warm dryer. All of these seem newly replaced. The interior isn’t luxurious but similar to middle-class condominium but crisp and clean, pleasing to the eyes. Lastly, the hotel is 5 minutes walk from the Big City, the mall with a supermarket selling high quality grocery, with Paul cafe and outdoor equipment stores likes Arcteryx, Mammut, Northface and Montbell. Métropolis reminds me of a watch. Rolex Explorer. Not flashy. But right on target.

“Great Value for money! ”
My family had a great stay here prior to leaving to the airport the next morning. The staff at this hotel were VERY attentive. When we arrived, they assisted us with our luggage, even going as far as helping us bring it to our rooms. We had a family room and 3 regular rooms, and the staff were kind enough to give us an upgrade. The rooms were very clean and well kept!
