Staff friendly. Location great. Room looked new and clean. Air con working well. Not slip floor tiles bathroom. Shower nice and warm. Even had a good size balcony with sink. Plates and cutlery provided. Coffee, tea and snacks provided. Ample parking. WI good. Nice big fridge and night market outside and all for less than 500 baht! What a find 😊

Comfortable stay ”
The rooms are smaller than the average size. The queen size bed is suitable for one person, two large people might feel not very comfortable in this bed. I would love it if the hotel had an on-site restaurant. It is very hard to find vegetarian food around there.

The hardest mattress of the hardest mattress in thailand ”
We choose this hotel because of the great reviews. When we arrived we got a twin next to the stairs which was so sharp-eyed that I could not believe. So I asked for a another room. This one had the same hard mattress like the other room. Of course, there are a lot of facilities in this small room. After a few minutes we decided to check out and look for another place in Surin. There are a few standadized hotels with softer mattresses.

Best location ”
It's really within walking distance of everything at night just a short walk and your in the night market yet it's a very quiet secure island of tranquillity, good size rooms air shower and fridge all work. There's washing machines situated at the back of the hotel 30 baht a wash, hand wash spin dry no charge a must if you have been travelling. No restaurant on site but market and restaurant all next to you again I have to say I felt safe and secure at this hotel. And will try to book again if in Surin it was fully booked on our visit.

This hotel is in a great spot in Surin. The night market is almost at the doorstep. The hotel is newish and very clean. The bathroom and bed were fine, so I would highly recommend the hotel if you are looking for a cheap, no frills and comfortable room.

Everything was very nice here ... the staff spoke very little English but were very good. Rooms are big and the shower room is a nice size also. Rooms were well cleaned everyday. I would stay again if I go to Surin, about 15 minute walk to the nightlife area but very near the night market.

There was night market in front of the mansion. Therefore, easy to find food. Very close to Surin city hall which was my destination. The place was quiet and comfort to stay.

Nothing special ... but very clean ... comfortable, secure and close to the night market which has some good food. Staff were fantastic but speak very little English ... but I don't see that as a fault, my Thai is no good also. Will stay here again when I go to Surin

Superb Family run hotel”
I stayed at the TK Mansion in early December 2015.This is a new family run business. The rooms are clean and of a good size well furnished. TV, fridge. wi-fi. etc. You are well received and shown your room quyickly with no fuss. I would like to thank the owner for all his help in finding a flight to Bkk. He left his job for over an hour and helped me on his personal computer. He then drove me to the pick up point for my bus to the airport. Such personal assistance is not often found. Thank you sir. The hotel is in a good quiet location, only a couple minutes away from the night market. I highly recommend this hotel. Captain Max Rathan

It can not get any better than this. Night market is located directly in front of the hotel (this causes a little difficulty in getting to the hotel if you're driving and arriving in the evening, as the road to the hotel is close - there's a small trick to getting in. just call the hotel, and they'll come and get you). Very very clean rooms. Staff even borrowed us plates and utensils for our food that was bought from the night market. As well as loaning us some umbrellas. Highly recommended.

Room spacious and clean. Price hiked up a little because of the candle festival but that's how it is I suppose. Staff were very nice and a friendly man gave us a watermelon as a gift. Really close to train station and market is opposite. Great location. Would definitely stay again.

The rooms were new and clean. The staff were really nice either. They also provided us free bicycles to ride around the city. At night, the night market was in front of the hotel, so we could find our dinner there.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. We arrived very late, but we're shown directly into our room. Everything is very clean and the bed comfortable. The shower had good presure and lots of hot water. There is a small sink on the balcony where you can wash through some clothes and dry. The hotel is situated just of the main road down an alley and into a parking area. It was quite,relaxed and secure. A simple short walk along the alley onto the main road brings you to the night market with plenty of street food. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location and super staff”
I arrived very late at 1 00 a.m but the security guard woke the manager and I was in my room within 10 minutes.Everyone on the staff was very friendly and helpful. The night market is at the end of the lane,literally yards from the hotel entrance ,but it is still very quiet. The train and bus stations are within a 50 baht ride,and there is a bread store around the corner with tasty snacks and of course a Seven 11 within easy walking distance..
