one thing which made me pick this villa was the infinity pool plus the view and it didnt disappoint me. arrived at the pier and was greeted by lynned and picked up by a taxi driver to the villa. got given a mobile phone and it was very useful throughot our stay as we didnt planned all our activities and was making local calls for arrangements. if you have any request during your stay you just need to dial to them and they will get bk to you in no time. really appreciate their level of services. renting a scooter would be a good idea. but if you don't mind the walk, walking to the closest busy area with food and drinks takes about 15 to 20 mins. would highly recommand koh tao heights boutique villa.

The view of Saree Beach was spectacular from the infinity swimming pool which is a good size and clean. We were looking forward to the sunset, just lying down beside the pool....in fact we didn't want to go anywhere but to stay there for the whole week we were there (this was our 3rd visit to Koh Tao). A and Sara were very helpful and friendly. They help us to book the return journey back to Koh Samui. The place is up the hill about 20 minutes walking to the Saree village either using the main road or just walk along the beach. I recommend for any visitor to stay in the villa to hire a moped particularly if you plan to visit the many hidden spectacular beaches around the island. The Villa itself is spacey and clean. The cleaners come every day at 12-2 midday. The internet is fast enough although more often than not it tends to lose signal for 5-10 mins, but keep in mind that this is a small island far away from the mainland, so it is not the fault of the host. We were grateful that they provided a reasonable fast internet connection (WiFi). The bedrooms had air condition and fans. The kitchen had basic utensils, the fridge was filled with soft drinks/beers/wines. 2 large bottles of mineral water were provided daily for free. My favourite place was the outdoor, open space lounge, lying on the hammock... The moped can be hired at the shop just the bottom of the hill at a cost of 200 Baht a day. It is a normal procedure to leave your original passport there. The owner of the shop is trustworthy though but make sure you have the copy of your passport with you. This place is professionally managed and it is highly recommended. We are already planning for our return visit next year...next time will be longer. 8 days are not enough!

Simply just a perfect stay. A very relaxed and luxurious vibe that is more like you have borrowed a great place than staying in a hotel. You have your own pool, privacy, great views and the sense of details in and around the villa are amazing. Be sure to contact them before you go there so they can pick you up at the pier, from that on: welcome to paradise.

We spent three days and it was one of the best vacation for us,10 minutes by motor bike to the town, thanks to Lynn and other staff's help, we will definitely choose Heights again.

Great private getaway. ”

Great private villa. It can sleep 4 people. Amazing view of the island, infinity pool, outside sitting area, table and hammock. Perfect stay not far from the centre. We rented a quad so drove to the centre in 3 mins. We stayed for 3 nights and tried to extend to 5 but it was fully booked. Perfect for honeymooners! We will definitely go back. Couldn't have asked for better!

Had a fantastic stay In our own private pool villa. Everything was well organized and easy walk into sairee. The villa was perfect with it's own infinity pool overlooking the beach. We will Definately be back and recommend to everyone

Very good, but were woken by fighting large lizards on the roof above our bedroom early hours of most mornings which was a bit annoying. Otherwise we liked the privacy of the villa and hired a motorbike to get around as a bit far away from restaurants etc to walk every time. But would recommend to others if you like privacy.

Heaven on Earth!”

It's a ten minute walk to the busy area of Sairee. It's nice to be close, but far enough away that we could enjoy complete quiet. The view, the pool, the comfy bed, what more can I say!? They have even compiled a list of restaurants that will deliver if you're feeling like you want to stay in. Would recommend to anyone. Staff is very friendly and helpful. 10/10 would stay again.

relaxing villa with stunning view”

We thoroughly enjoyed our week here. It was just the tonic after 2 weeks in Bangkok and Chiang Mai. We had takeaways every other night and all were good. The beach had a good selection of bars, restaurants and shops. The walk back up was very steep though you could get a taxi for 200 Bart - we walked as we needed the exercise. The a/c was quiet so we slept well.

Very nice villas but the kitchen equipment is very limited. No oven/microwave, no coffee-machine, limited cutlery and china. The day before arrival at Koh Tao we checked with the accommodation if there were any regulations concerning Covid-19. As their answer was negative we decided to travel to the island. You can imagine how big our surprise was when we were informed at arrival by the Thai Government that we could not leave our room and had to go in quarantine! Finally after 45 min the accommodation send over 2 staff members to the pier to assist us. We asked a refund for our stay because we wanted to return immediately with the next boat to Chumpon. The staff member talked to her (English) boss at the phone but he did not want to give a refund, only a rescheduling but he did not want me to talk to him at the phone. So in the meantime the last ferryboat left and we were stucked. The owner tried to make things up by offering a little appartement (no terrace) for 1 night. We felt insulted and tired so we decided to stay and finish our number of nights booked in advance. We were so disappointed by the non customer friendly reaction from the owner that we decided not to come back again in the future regardless the beautiful views but we know there are may accommodations on the island with these marvellous views. Nevertheless I want to say a BIG thank you to the very nice staff ladies who guided us trough because we know they can not change a decision of their boss weather they agree or not.
