First Time to Kathamandu”

Kathmandu Nomad Hotel is suitable hotel for foreigners. The location of Hotel center of Thamel, it's safe location and easy to access nearby attractions place and things to do. The owner of Hotel and staff are more friendly and they all able to speak English in well manner. The Nomad Hotel also have restaurant and the food really delicious and taste. The price also reasonable with the quality of food. Have a great trip to Kathamandu, Nepal

Really great! ”

Would definitely recommend Nomad to all the travelers. Located right in the center of Thamel (gets noisy sometimes but can still sleep through it) Close to good restaurants and cheap mountain gear shopping. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. They reply really fast to all the WhatsApp inquiries. Rooms are comfortable with loads of pillows and blankets, showers super hot. We haven’t tried the restaurant but there were always people eating there so must be pretty good to. We’ll stay there again on our next trip. Thank you!

the room was clean . they allowed us to checkin earlier without any extra charges . room was big, bright and clean. bathroom was a bit small but comfort for shower and toilet. staff was hepful, they provide information about travelling around thamel .

Center of Thamel”

The hotel is located in the middle of the Thamel market, access to market is very easy. There are variety of options available for foodies and Shoppers. Rooms are ok as per budget property.

The location of the hotel is reasonable in the center of Tamil. It is very convenient to travel by shopping. The waiter will speak a little Chinese. It is convenient to leave the luggage in the hotel after check-out, but the sound of the surrounding dance hall is louder in the middle of the night.

If you are looking for a hotel in budget price, this one is awesome.

Basic Old budget hotel”

Location wise was good, located in the one of the section of Thamel. The hotel are pretty old. Room was spacious enough. However, the hot water supply was not steady, and even no water at all in the morning. And there are time where electricity was unstable too. But this seem to be for the Thamel area, not only for this specific hotel. The cafe was pretty good. The reception also good.

Nice stay”

The staff was friendly and helpfull. The room was clean, comfortable beds. The bathroom could do with a scrub but it was fine for me. I left at 6am and they prepared a really nice breakfast before and got me a taxi. Would def. recommend, nice area to stay in too.

we booking through agoda Kathmandu nomad hotel and payment complait before 2.5 month before but at time check in room not allow in nomad hotel they are allot alternate hotel allot why they are booking confirm and not allot room his hotel we are complain to consumer form and complain to agoda and seek compensation

Hot shower and quiet sleep”

I enjoyed sleeping deep there as it's quiet place. Warm shower at night of arrival was a real pleasure after a long way.

for dormitory rooms the beds are really simple”

over all a good place to stay, good staff and WiFi. the private rooms look way nicer than the dorms, but if u are looking for something cheap it will do.

They don't have looks in the door and all of the bathrooms are under maintenance so you need to wait to use the bathroom

You get what you pay for”

Not the nicest place in town but the bed was surprisingly comfortable. Half the outlets in my room didn’t work and the bathroom smelled kinda funny. If your on a budget and just need some sleep this isn’t a bad spot but for a few dollars more you can stay up the street and be much more comfortable

Central but noisy”

We stayed here for a couple of nights. Appreciated the early check in and the bed was comfy.. But it was extremely noisy at night with music blasting from some club nearby as well as the chinese hotpot place downstairs.

Freaking dirty”

The linens dirty & full of stains from what I see they dint changed the floor & bathroom also dirty.
