Elegant Hotel with More than Adequate Amenities”
we needed to spend several days in the surin-buri ram area. we picked the hotel by the rior reviews and selected a deluxe room over superior for the few baht more. it was a very good choice. we had one small issue at the beginning with wifi, not an adequate signal. so within 5 minutes the technicians came and installed another wireless port in the building and all was solved. there were many chairs and desk space for on to use. we were in a very quiet part of the arean even though we were on rt 214 bypass. getting to/from surin was no problem and enjoyed what the city had to offer, bowling! we ordered american breakfasts the 1st day and just eggs, toast, and coffee the 2nd.

Always excellent value for money ”
As always a perfect trouble free stay apart from when water heater failed in room but relocated within minutes to a similar suite. The location is just outside Surin town so you have privacy but ideal to have own transport however the Hotel does have it’s own resident service if needed. Will certainly continue to book as difficult to fault anything.

Our deluxe accommodation was 1st class”
the hotel had not received your confirmation and had no booking for us. we made our reservation and paid with credit card in june to avoid any problems as our 2 night stay was for the elephant roudup in surin and rooms are at a premium and scarce. the manager was however more than accommodating and gave us free transport to the event and back the following morning. wonderful room and staff very helpful....restaurant food very good and reasonable. location of hotel not the best....about 6 km from city centre.

The staff had good English skills and were welcoming. That of course is standard in Thailand. Has an adjacent restaurant.(I did not use it) Being a garden hotel it is spacious . I would regard this hotel as a base for those who wish to visit both Surin and the Broader region

Bargain Price, fantastic helpful staff”
this hotel is about 5 mins south of surin very easy to find and for the price is a great place to stay if you have a car and are in the area. the computer area in the room and wifi was fantastic. i have stayed in many hotels in bankok for that where not as good as this hotel, which cost baht for the superior room. great value for money.

good rooms, bad location”
Staff very friendly and helpful, but lack a little in the english department. Hotel is nice and lean but a bit too far from Surin town. The staff did drop us into town willingly but it was too rural for me. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel which was very cheap but didnt have all the items on the menu

about 4km out of town down a dual carriage way so not a pleasant walk. really only suitable if you have your own transport, or you won't be spending much time in surin centre.

Good value if you just want a stop over room”
We visited the family in Surin and just looked for the cheapest room available. To our surprise the quality of this room was excellent for the price. A little out of town but that was ok because we hired a car wit drive for 2 days. Not well located for the backpacker or the person who wants to check out the nightlife in surin

spot on hotel”
we had two nights here for the elephant round up. the hotels about 2miles out which if you have a car is spot on no noise!!. the rooms are clean but no english tv!!. after we stayed here we carried on to the top end of thailand. then on the way back we stopped here again because we know it was so nice.

Room was great and though staff tried so hard to assist, they were greatly hampered by the language barrier and their total lack of local knowledge. They really knew nothing about the local area, and could not say how or where to go. It seemed to me that they lacked training, and I believe some training would benefit both them and the hotel, as they are unable to "sell" this hotel. Top marks for the fact that they tried so hard to assist, though could not succeed. The hotel taxi service was absolutely invaluable and greatly appreciated. Food in the hotel restaurant was most enjoyable.

Nice hotel, but out of town”
The room was OK (but had geckos). Needs updating. The staff on the reception are very good, and helpful. The hotel is out of town - OK if you have a car with you, but there's no public transport (no songthaews or tuk tuks) on the road by the hotel entrance, so it's necessary to get the hotel to call a taxi (takes 15 minutes, and a bit expensive) each time you want to go out. But fine as a quite location if you have a car. Restaurant OK - not busy, helpful staff, but several of the items listed on the menu were not available

i was satisied with the hotel. you get more bang for the buck for this hotel. the room was big and clean with all necessary amenities. there was also free wifi. cons. it's outside the city, so unless you have your own vehicle, you may find a hard time locating it or getting transport to reach it

Lovely hotel”
A bit isolated out of town on the highway, but in a lovely locatiion. The hotel has also very modern infrastructure that made the stay really enjoyable. The staff is also very helpful. I would want to stay there again.

I used this hotel with my husband and children by driving my car. I selected large room, it is good. Totally I feel good. But a little bit not clean Hot water trouble, and so on. And far from Town, so this hotel is good for car traveler.

Single bed is standard!!”
Warning, the standard room is two single beds. To get a double bed you have to pay extra. The hotel is not easy to find at night. It gets noise from echo, mostly own staff talking all night

Old and rundown”
The duration of stay was two nights. The initial room had an inoperative air conditioner and a second room was provided. We set the A/C on and went to dinner. After returning, we noticed a musty odor which got worse. I suspect the A/C filters were moldy. By morning, sewer odor was also strong and we requested another room. This third room better, initially, but eventually sewer odor became very strong and the A/C unit leaked water onto the floor of the room. Care had to be taken to avoid the puddle of water and not slip and fall. Overall, the experience was poor and I would not stay at this hotel again.
