성수기이고, 늦게 겨우 구한 숙소라, 가격은 어쩔수없었지만...일단 숙소 엄청 깨끗했고, 사장님 내외분 너무 친절하셨고, 그냥 바로 앞에 편의점에, 중앙시장에 고기집 엄청 많아서 위치가 참 좋다고 생각했어요.

성인가족3명이서 싱글침대1개 + 요이불세트 2개로 묵었습니다 일단 사장님이 너무 친절하시고, 요 두께도 확인하시며 두꺼운거로 주시려고 하셨어요 침구에서 이상한 냄새나 머리카락 등은 발견되지 않았습니다 욕실 또한 깨끗하게 청소되어있었고 환풍기도 잘 작동되어서 샤워후에도 바닥까지 잘 마르더라구요 수건은 4장 준비되어있었습니다 그리고 현관과 방 사이에 중문이 있어 복도로부터의 소음도 거의 들리지 않았어요 그리고 복도에 공용정수기가 놓여있습니다 이건 참 좋았습니다 숙소설비 면에서 2가지가 살짝 아쉬웠는데요 방 안에 냉장고가 없어서 복도의 공용냉장고를 써야하는 점과 엘리베이터가 없어서 걸어서 올라가야하는 점 입니다 주의하셔야 할 점은 원칙적으로 외부음식물 반입은 금지인데, 저희는 몰라서 치킨을 시켜 먹었다가 전화로 안내를 받았습니다 (쓰레기도 저희가 집에 가져가서 버리려 했는데 사장님이 버려주셔서 죄송하고 감사했습니다 ) 숙소 체크인 카운터에 이에 대한 안내를 적어주셨다면 좋았을거 같네요 강릉중앙시장까지 도보 5분이내이고, 숙소 입구 맞은편에 편의점이 있고 주차장도 있어서 아주 편하게 쉬었습니다 저렴하지만 위생도 주차장도 많이 고려하시는 분들은 이 숙소 추천드립니다

강릉 시내 중앙에 있어서 어디로 이동하든 좋은 곳에 위치해 있습니다. 2층 아침 식사하는 곳 분위기가 정말 좋았습니다. Pub으로 이용할 수 있었으면 하는 아쉬움이 남았습니다. 게스트하우스라기보다는 깔끔한 숙소라는 이미지가 더 남았습니다. 무엇보다도 사장님이 친절하셔서 좋았습니다.
