Hotel offers very basic facilities, which need improvement. Shuttle from airport took a long long time to arrive, and then waited for people in other flights. Shuttle to airport is at specific times. It is not a good option as airport hotel (e.g., late check in or early check out), particularly if does not speak their language.

This was not a good experience. Credit cards are not accepted. Luckily I had just enough Chinese Yuan to pay for one night. They wanted twice as much as I was quoted on Agoda - I said no - I don't have it - and they let it go for the Agoda price. Very hard situation. To contact the shuttle you need to speak Chinese or get help from someone who does. And the hotel contact # on the Agoda website is not correct. I ended up in a taxi - the driver was upset about not being able to find the hotel. Finally he did - I asked him to wait while I made sure - and he yelled at me and sped away. The taxi help desk at the airport quoted me a price 10 times what the driver charged me. It is not very close to the airport and traffic is bad. The hotel staff speaks no English. Had very loud speaking Chinese people in nearby room. Shower handle kept falling off. Feels old and smelly. I was able to get the shuttle back to airport ok. On arrival took me 2 hours to get thru immigration in the 72 hour no visa "special line". 20 of us were in that line for 2 hours while many 100's passed thru the regular immigration lines. We were not allowed to use the regular lines. Airport Express Train is good to downtown - 25 minutes and cheap at 25 Yuan. Commissions on changing money are very high - and are charged both when you get the money and when you cash it back in. This was at the airport.

There was no cleanliness. We had to literally request the hotel reception to clean our rooms and yet they did not........ One of the worst experiences till date!!! PLEASE DO NOT PLAN TO STAY IN THIS HOTEL.

After we arrived they told us price is 151RMB instead of advertised 115RMB here on agoda, they told me that my booking is wrong, just like that. Also there were no breakfast included. Be ready to be ripped of when you book!!!

Near to airport and free shuttle service”

The room is basic but is ok since the room price is quite low. Nearby the hotel got restaurants and supermarket which are convenient. They will provide free shuttle bus service to airport as well as long as you liaise with the front desk staff

I chose this place as it was located fairly close to the airport. Inside tip: When you arrive at the airport, go to the information desk and ask them to call this hotel to arrange a pickup at the hotel. Once they do, you will need to go to the 4th floor (gate 6 exit) and walk to the MIDDLE platform, as cars can't park for too long. The hotel itself was located on a darkish street, so be a little aware at night. Unfortunately, the staff don't speak a lick of English, but they try their best with their translator program. The room was really nice for the price I paid. The shower room was a little basic, but still worked fine.

staff not polish and management was very bad,only acceptable was their kitchen staff with their yummylicous food over there because one of their chef was really experienced on Cantonese cuisine. for those who are not comfort with china food will recommend to try here.i will not stay here anymore but will back for lunch or dinner.

for those foreign if u wish to stay this hotel , please becareful u will facing language problem , and if u arrive at mid night please contact them to fetch you at airport , if not u will facing black taxi , they will req at less rmb 150 to fetch you to hotel , even the range are around 5 km . hotel wifi are slow , cannot connect even i m in lobby .... when i arrive the hotel at 2.30 am , i pass them my booking voucher and they said they didnt have my booking detail , after call agoda , they only let me check in , from here i waste 1 hour . staff unable to speak fluent english , luckily i m chinese , i m able to speak mandarin , i had help few other customer to translate while i waiting agoda reply . please take care for those who wish to stay this hotel .

Prior to arrival date, I have called them and confirmed on my booking and also free airport transfer. They confirmed everything are ok. We arrived in Beijing at 02:05. I called them for pickup. They said they got no booking record of mine, and no room available. We are stranded at the airport. Called agoda a few times and talked to a few different people, finally they got us room which available on 04:00, with no airport transfer, we have to go there our own. What is the point we booked the hotel as we wanted to have short rest before we heading to city on 09:00? They rented all the rooms to others to double earning. The location is not really near and it is surrounded by small and old factories. Inconvenient. Room's condition is not as picture, it is worst and smelly. Cleanliness, OMG, it is so disgusting. We got no idea how to describe it. It's a scam. Be aware and don't book with this hotel.

Good value for your money”

I just needed a place to sleep while in transit through Beijing and the Jianan Hotel was perfect for that. Check-in was quick and easy, desk staff had adequate English. Room was ready and clean. Bed was firm (like many Chinese beds). In the evening, they asked what time I would return to the airport, provided a wake-up call and had the van ready to take me to the correct terminal. I don't remember the bathroom very well, but it might have been a little basic (open shower, perhaps).

Hard to find, even for local taxi drivers. Room was not clean. There was a cockroach on one of the beds. Would not stay here again.

Although room is big, it looked old. The handle of shower fell down when I turned it on. The remote of TV didn't worked properly ' It located within the airport area but quite far from airport. It took a long ride to the metro. Besides, there was not "phone numbers" provided by Agoda. Very headache,
