Great experience”
I stayed there with my family. The family room is big enough for us. It's located near the Dongdan Subway Station which is close to Wangfujin area and the Forbidden City.

Shared bathroom”
It was very difficult because the hotel staff spoke very minimal English. Thankfully we had a bit of knowledge of basic Mandarin. Otherwise it would have been nearly impossible to communicate with them. After checking in, they were asking us to sign a charge which seemed like payment for our room. It seemed like they didn't know that we had already paid through Agoda even if we had shown them the Agoda printout. If you don't know how to speak Chinese, I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel. The location is fantastic however. We were a 3-minute walk from Dongdan station and from a mall. We were near the historic Wangfujing area, and reasonably close to the central tourist sites such as the Forbidden City, Tiananmen Square, etc.

Cheap, clean and tidy. It is surprisingly quiet though located in the center of Beijing. I highly recommend this hotel.

Absolutely Terrible Experience”
I have no problem with the Ji Hotel Chain, but this Beijing one is a major screw up. I arrived at 1:30pm, present my Agoda booking form & the front desk staff had no idea about my booking as she is not capable w/ English. It took 15 mins until she got her mgr to figure out, but then the room was still being cleaned so I waited another 20 mins. When it was ready, I paid the bill, & they refused to take my Visa credit card. The reason of refusal was because a week ago, its staff made mistake on foreign credit card transactions & those customers stayed without paying any. Thus, they decided to refuse any overseas-issued credit cards until God-know-when. I then presented my Union Pay credit card (for China specifically), & they refused that too, because it was issued by HSBC in HK. Gosh, this is Beijing, the capital of the Great FKN China, & this is a hotel they are running, servicing travelers from all over the world. It's just ridiculous. I ended up being forced to pay in cash, but it really screwed up my plan in cash as I didn't carry too much on trip. I needed to hassle for extra cash for the remaining long business trip in Beijing & Shanghai. Bear in mind I need to pay bank charges for taking cash from ATM in China. So Agoda, please blacklist this hotel, before others become victims, despite this hotel is so closed to subway station & big mall nearby.

bad staff, hostel instead of a hotel”
The location of this hotel is fabulous, but apart from that, i see no merits in staying there. i may have mis-read the hotel info. Only realise the room doesn't have a toilet when i got there. Requested for a upgrade but got rejected. There i stuck with the room without toilet or else i would have lost all the booking payment. Even worse, the room card didn't work, and when I went back to reception for a replacement.Totally unacceptable. Given it's a public toilet and shower, there is no privacy at all. The toilet door was kept open all the time, one could actually look into the gents or ladies'. Each shower place is separated by one single broken and stink wooden barrier. Not one i would recommend.

料金を請求されました。ホテルのスタッフはほとんどの人が日本語はもちろん英語も話せず、一人だけ少し英語が話せる人がいたのですが、それでもこちらの伝えたいことを理解してもらうのに20分ほど時間がかかりました.クレジットカードで支払った二重の滞在費について正しい処理をしてもらえたかどうかまでは確認できませんでした。中国語をある程度話せる方にとっては立地もよく快適

入住時有個男職員表示沒有我預訂資料，我跟他說是從agoda預訂的，對方也沒有再查一下資料，就直接叫我自己跟agoda聯絡。幸好前台有個女生說有個資料夾比較特別，叫那個男的打開來看看，才看到了我的預訂。之後也沒有表示歉意，還一副高傲的態度要我等個半小時。 然後拿到的房間冷氣是壞的，根本開不到。打電話到櫃檯還推說是冷氣清潔問題，所以冷氣不冷。之後我要求換房間，職員還一直推說是冷氣清潔問題，說換了房間還是一樣。感覺職員根本沒有搞清楚問題所在，沒有心幫客人解決問題，怕麻煩。之後我用駡的才成功換房，而且冷氣是能開的又很冷。換房間還要住客拿著行李到櫃檯換房卡。本人在其他酒店有過幾次換房經驗，都是職員把房卡拿到房間給住客。希望貴酒店可以改善一下服務。

여행시 위치가 제일 중요한데 위치가 좋고 매일 깨끗이 청소도 해주시고 직원들이 영어는 조금 부족해도 친절했습니다 외관보다 내부가 너무 잘되어있었고 집앞 슈퍼, 주변 식당이 많아서 편리합니다 아쉬운점은 냉장고가 없었다는점 말고는 완전 최고예요!
