Best Service and Food”

I received warm welcome since i drove in, there are valet parking with drink and Hot towel, I've been in many Ryokan and i think this place has the most spectacular dinner set ever. Crab dipped with vinegar sauce, perfect combination. There is private onsen as well you can reserve at reception when you arrive

Wonderful stay with excellent onsen bath”

Staff is super helpful and nice. Food is very good. All onsen bath pools are very good. Enjoy the stay and super highly recommend to people stay for a nice onsen bath in this area!

Staffs are excellent, so helpful and nice. They gave accurate answer and details information to our enquiries. Location is good, just a few mins walk distance to the game centre. Hot spring available TIL 02:00am, bad for me is part of the hot spring is under maintenance, only 2 pools ( 1 inside and 1 outside ) is available for me. Food quality is fair not good as I expected.

The food, the onsen and the service are all great! Just that the room seems to need refurbishing. The room that we lived in had an unpleasant smell at the entryway.

職員服務態度很好、友善。”

我們一共六人自駕遊，是一泊兩食住在這裹，環境很寧靜，很舒服，房間不算很大但可以，是榻榻米，晚餐十分豐富，有海鮮及刺身，早餐亦不錯全是日式的，有溫泉室內及室外，有代客泊車免費的。酒店外~風景很美，著住和服拍照一流。有條大河流。我們十分喜歡這酒店，價格不貴值得一住。

第一次住日本溫泉飯店 溫泉很棒 百年旅館很有味道 餐點也很棒 但希望下次有選項可以加錢升級餐點 不知道館內餐時有分 宴席料理很好吃 但我沒吃到鳥取的和牛有點難過 以後會想直接從官網訂
