Amazing Hotel with such good view and environment”
I can say that you will be surprise once arrive this hotel. The lake view is really amazing.. The hotel design is great to fit with the environment. All the staff are very welcome and with high service standard.. I ordered a cake that they on schedule to send to my room at the mid-night with candles, small gifts. Also they give my wife a birthday gift as well. It is a wonderful experience for me and I highly recommend to expense your holiday there.

The location is very good, great view to see the lake. It is very convenient to drive from the main highway. The staff are very helpful and professional. There are many activities provided by hotel suitable for children and the pools of the hotel are very good. It is highly recommended for the family to take a relax break in this hotel.

i had wonderful experience there. the room is clean, the view is quite nice. i like to read the book by the swimming pool. when i felt tired reading, i could enjoy the nice view of thousand islands lake. but the restaurant is quite expensive there. a piece of cake cost RMB89.

Peaceful location, comfortable and spacious rooms”
Travelled just from Shanghai for a 2 night stay. it's quite far to travel to and the hotel is at the end of a long road, but if you need some R&R, it's an advantage to be away from the touristy areas around the lake which are busy, ugly and packed with people. We were there in winter so couldn't use outdoor pool, but I imagine in warmer months it's a great place for lounging and sunbathing. Rooms are tasteful, large and clean. Bikes can be rented from the hotel to explore the area. Can be busy with families during public holidays, but otherwise a nice weekend break. Seems they cater well for families with kids and there is a special and large kids playroom.

i stayed 2 nights with my family, short but very nice stay, good service, beautiful view,very quite, good choice for relaxation, i felt did nothing was enjoy... more alternatives for breakfast will be better.in a word, it's one of the good resort for holiday, i will come back again.

it was a very pleasant stay, everyone was very friendly. they need to train their staff on more little details. one of the staff bought the wrong bus ticket for me, but the hotel asked the staff to pay for himself. this is a bit harsh. the manager on duty in front desk wasn't that helpful compare with other staff. he wasn't prepare to solve my problem but rather pass the ball to the staff. you won't regret to stay in such a beautiful hotel. i alwasy enjoy stay in this chain hotel when i travel around the world.

I booked a lake view room. When I came into the room, I found the view is out of my expectation, very big and very good view. Although it is far away from the city and the pier, the area nearby is very peaceful and quiet, it produces a very relaxing environment to the customers. The staff are very professional and nice. The price is reasonable.

Everything was good, spacious clean room, comfortable bed, decent breakfast and buffet dinner, plenty of facilities to let the kid play around. Downside was indoor pool had a strong smell of pool/chlorine, the reason didn’t go there. Hotel’s playground charges daily for an access was bit strange. Due to hotel was fully booked check-in process took ages, but the long wait ended up luck of updated room.

All good, clean room, nice service and gorgous lobby. Love the lobby bars in the night with few people sitting there and the sound of water flowing around. The only drawback would be the design of the stairs which does not always provide a pave way that disabled visitors can access with wheel chairs.

The hotel is modern design with natural material, wood and stone. It is remote from city for relax vacation. It is not for tourist who love shopping and site hopping.

A small but crutial comment. As an architect who pays attention to detail, the glass doors at the Chinese restaurant opening out to the pool area should have been weather sealed. It cam be unbearable for guests to experience wind drafts in the winter season.

スタッフよし、素敵なホテルです”
部屋の冷蔵庫が故障のため、別の部屋に移動しましたが、その部屋も故障していて直らないとのことで、氷のバケツをスタッフさんが部屋に運び込んでいただいたので、なんとか冷たい飲み物は飲むことが出来ましたが、冷蔵庫があったにこしたことはありません。少し残念です。
