Amazing 5 star hotel in changsha”
location is not far from center of town, room is quite big, amazing view around the hotel, jogging track also nice, room facilities is top, comfortable bed and pillows, staff is friendly and some of them speaks english and very helpful, will definitely stay there again next time in changsha, for family with young children we just need kids playroom, usually other 5 star or 4 star hotel provided kids playroom or kids activities.

Nice hotel and location right on the river bank”
We were in Changsha for business for the first time and the staff was warm and made us feel very welcome. Although the room we booked was for 3 people, it only came with 2 double beds, which made it a bit hard for us to fit in. However overall everything was clean and convenient. Next time though, there should be better communication with Agoda as the room was not adept for 3 people.

Ok stay, some disappointment found”
Couple of things against 5 star standard: 1. 2 available receptionists kept focusing on their screens, I was standing in front of the counter with luggages for more than 15 mins without service. They seem very busy but for a receptionist customers should always be the 1st priority. My room got upgraded when I went up questioning if they are serving customers but this should not happen at the first place. 2. Staffs are very friendly and helpful, requested extra room facility got delivered in less than 5 mins, getting taxi in 10 mins which is good for ChangSha and yeah you definitely need taxi every time going out. 3. some area still being developed, tried visiting their garden as the only interesting place in the hotel but there is nothing there yet. Not enough clear signs for customers to find the guest lifts. Potential safety issues for kids when I found a door opened leading to a messy room. 4. Room is spacious and clean, bed is comfort. Bathroom floor is not warm though. Also do NOT use the main switch next to bed as it will turn off everything including air con which was already struggling warming up the whole room. A creepy thing happened the 2 bathroom doors closed by themselves about 10 minutes after unattached to door stoppers.

Very impressive hotel service in China!”
I would say this hotel definitely deserves a 5 -star rating in China. The hotel management and the teams did a very good job not only to set up a hotel at a strategic location with great views and fresh air but also, to maintain and uplift their international service standard. I was very impressed by all the SOP details I have been observing during their service delivery in concierge, front desk, operator, housekeeping, F&B services, etc. Will definitely return next time.

Feel that the hotel should open a convenience shop in the hotel facility for travelers convenience. Breakfast spread is awesome and quality of the food is great. Overall cleanliness of the facility is good and the hotel room was comfortable. I will recommend the hotel as overall comfortably is still there but I will probably find a hotel which has a better location with food/ convenience shop options.

立地が地下鉄から歩いて少しかかるのを除けばベストオブベストホテル。設備とスタッフは文句のつけようがないくらい。フロントはもとよりレストランやコンシェルジュ、マッサージスタッフまで洗練されていたと思います。部屋はとても広く、清潔で快適でした。日本で利用したどのホテルよりレベルが上だったと感じます。中国に行く際には絶対に利用したいホテルです。
