The location is great although not as good as Holidxx Inn where the ski house is located. Ski house in within 2 mins of walking distances anyway Rooms are spacious and tidy. The food in buffet dinner is above average . But with the free-flow beverage( red, white, sparkling, beer) the buffet is regarded as great if not excellent The ski700 nearby is a great skiing course for beginners. U won’t regret to come to IC .

Going to hit the slopes”
This is a perfect resort to wind down in after a hard day on the slopes. Reminiscent of a Swiss/French style chalet with all the modern finishing like high end buffet dining and up market cocktails and desserts. The best feeling by far is after a long day on slopes relaxing in the sauna/steam room facilities!!

Great location ”
Came in February, sort of these season for skiing. It’s nice that the area is not flooded with people and we get to enjoy the ski slopes and restaurants that are not crowded. Room, bed and all is perfect with comfy bed and views of the mountains! Only downside was that we are not sure of the exact location to the hotel, did try to get in touch with the hotel a few times but did not receive a reply, as we took the KTX from Seoul and arrive after 7pm, the train does not stop at the station with shuttle bus and we ended up having to take taxi from pyeongchang station which is not very cheap as it is quite a distance.

We had a wonderful and memorable time in a cozy hotel with nice big room. The hospitality was exceptional at the restaurants and the food was great too! Definitely we will return one day. Very near the bus station and eateries, and the ski centre.

Nice place for family”
Next to Alpensia Skiing resort, just within 5 min walk. I stayed in room with balcony, very nice view. The staff are helpful and good in English. The dinner buffet and breakfast at Flavours are delicious with many choices. Will come again.

Accommodating!”
We really enjoyed this hotel and were sad that we only chose to stay for one night. The room was very spacious and there were plenty of places to explore and walk around outside. It's like a little retreat. Good place to relax and unwind. The breakfast buffet was amazing, so please don't hold back from booking a room with breakfast included! The highlight of this hotel for us was that we actually booked the wrong night without realizing it until the day of the booking, and the hotel graciously allowed us to change the reservation! Great customer service.

Kinda out of the way.. unless u managed to catch the one n only bus from Incheon Airport at 9:40am.. As for me I landed at 11am.. so I goto take an airpot bus to Seoul Station - train to Jinbu n lastly cab to Alpensia Intercontinental.. abt 5hrs journey.. If Alpensia Intercontinental would provide direct transfer from Incheon Airport to Hotel woyld be a 100% 5 star review from me.. p/s: staff made a mistake - was told i had breakfast included.. next day went having breakfast at Flavour Restaurant- was presented a bill ok $78k won.. inhad a shock.. check with reception they just said.. oh maybe is communication error.. n yes.. I goto pay for their communication error.. very annoyed

Staff were super helpful - Helped me find skiing / boarding options in and around Alpensia, and with communicating w cab driver. Patiently explained things to me in English. Hotel lobby is really spacious. Room was huge although the design is not the most modern. Toilet is clean and spacious. Overall a comfortable stay, glad I decided to go with Intercon because service was great.

Beautiful hotel.”
Hotel is beautiful especially the lobby but in the middle of winter in a ski resort you are kind of hoping to hang out in the lobby infront of a fireplace but that is not the case. They have a fake fireplace which the staff said they never turn on. It gets chilly and not cozy. Another problem is the language barrier. I booked months ahead and kept emailing them about requests for my room but they take too long to reply and when they do its is not even connected to the question you are asking. It seems they are under staffed too.
