위치는 좋으나, 시설이 노후되고 담배 냄새가 남”
당진 터미널에 위치해서 대중교통을 이용하기 좋고, 근처에 식당이 많아서 식사하기가 좋음. 호텔 자체는 시설이 노후되고(문이 잘 닫히지 않고, 에어컨 소음이 심함), 금연 객실을 요청했음에도 불구하고 담배 냄새가 남. 흰색 타월에는 검은색 이물질이 묻어있었음

에어컨에서 물방울이 떨어졌었음. 이미 인지하고 있었는지 에어컨 아래의 tv엔 물이 들어가 합선 일어나지 않도록 비닐을 붙임. 그럼에도 에어컨을 고치지 않음. 해당 내용에 대해 문의하니 환불 또는 선풍기를 준다고 함. 환불은 나가라는 것이였음. 이미와서 어디를 간다고... 선풍기나 달라고 했는데 선풍기에 먼지가 덕지덕지 더럽게 있었음. 직원은 에어컨을 끄면 물방울 안떨어진다고만 말함. 30도가 넘는 이 한여름에 에어컨 끄고 더러운 선풍기에 의지하라고만 함. 참고로 스페셜 룸으로 주말 1박 8만원.
