I stayed two nights at this hotel. The hotel is very near to Terminal 1 (10-12 minutes). Airport's free shuttle buses are available every 10 minutes during the daytime and both terminals can be reached.

Great comfort after a long flight ”
Finding the hotel was a bit hard, but when I got there the staff were incredibly accommodating. The room was absolutely beautiful and extremely clean. Would not hesitate to book again.

Budget bang for buck”
Very cheap, and in light of that a very good deal. However it is a bit difficult & inconvenient to find, as there are no signs and lobby staff are not helpful (since they belong to different hostel/capsule biz). A bit dark and forlorn hallways. But still great bang for the buck. Clean and mostly quiet at night so can't complain

Good choice near Incheon Airport”
Stayed in 2 capsule - female only. Though they call it capsule, it is actually 2 rooms in an apartment. Digital locks on apartment door and individual room door, with shared bathroom and kitchen area. Overall, it was a comfortable stay. Took the free shuttle bus from and to Incheon Airport which is quite frequent, but you should check schedule and operation hours from Incheon Airport website if you are arriving late. Hotel provided clear instructions on how to get there, and staff were helpful.

This hotel has always been my first stop in korea. Greated with friendly staff. It is very close to Incheon airport.I got message how to get to the this Residence.The location is very convenient especially arriving late at night. Rooms where extremely clean and organized. It is a very nice Residence with bathrooms and large beds, unique TV, etc. For a hotel that had such a nice room, especially WiFi was so fast. There were a couple of bottles of free water in the room fridge. you can use microwave and electronic tea kettle, toaster in rooms. There are so many restaurant and convenience store especially E-mart. It is reasonable price for business man. i want to recommend my acquaintance. I will come to here again next time.

Our new favorite”
We stayed here on the way back to Korea as well, as we arrived too late to take a bus or train back to where we're currently living while residing in Korea. The same woman who checked us in at the beginning of the week recognized us and swiftly set us to our room. She was still just as friendly this time as well. Great things about this hotel: there's a free shuttle to and from the airport (departure level, exit 3 or 12; there's a sign for the free shuttle bus). After leaving the airport, it's the second stop (the International Business Center, after E-Mart). It takes about 5-10 minutes to get to or from the airport, and the shuttle runs several times an hour. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean. There are convenience stores and restaurants in the same building. The water pressure is very strong. Negative things about this hotel: The WiFi didn't always connect so easily. I've read other reviews that calling the office usually results in a quick solution, but it didn't bother us enough to make that effort.

Absolutely wonderful”
Our stay was great. We stayed there the night before a morning flight so that we could be at the airport early enough without much effort, and it was absolutely perfect for that purpose. The "hotel" is located in a building that is just a two-or-three minute walk, depending on when you get the walk signal, from the bus stop for the free shuttle to and from the airport. There is also no formal checkout; you simply leave the room and take all of your belongings with you. There's no need, if you've pre-paid, to go to the lobby or return any key card. The rooms are nice. They are spacious and comfortable. There's a desk, TV, usually a little table, a kitchen sink, refrigerator (and not some rinky dink thing either), even a microwave and a couple of stove burners. There are extra blankets in the closet in case you need more. The woman who checked us in was very friendly. She speaks English well, although she speaks it a bit slow in order to communicate precisely what she means to. She was very thorough and answered all of our questions gladly. As others have noted, this guesthouse is a collection of rooms in a building that hosts other lodging and business offices. But that makes for great convenience, both because of the free shuttle bus and also because there is a convenience store and a group of restaurants on the first floor. I don't know all the restaurants, but I know there's a Korean BBQ place and a small Indian restaurant, Raj, which my wife and I both loved.

Amazing! You feel like home!”
Well I honestly didn't expect such a nice place for the price!!! Last time I slept at Incheon it was a little room with common bathroom. This time I chose Incheon Airport Residence Number one Guest and It was 10/10. The studio are so clean, smell good, peaceful, good shower, really everything was perfect and I really felt like in my home apartment. I will definitively sleep there again next time.

I stayed here for one night as my arrival flight to Seoul was 11 pm. I booked the wrong date for this place but luckily, the staff at the apartment, (Special thanks to the lady, forgot to ask the name) managed to give us a room. We have to pay extra 20000 wd as there was only bigger room available at that time. This apartment is very near to Incheon airport. You can take the bus but i think it is a bit confusing to take the bus. I will simply suggest that you take a taxi which is faster and easier. Since it is so near to airport, it is not expensive to take the taxi too. Maybe 3 min drive. The room is very clean and tidy. I really enjoyed the stay there for a night sleep over before i travel to the heart of Seoul.

Very near to terminal 1 Incheon Airport. Take elevator to 3rd floor (departure hall) go out from exit 3 and wait for the shuttle bus stop. Disembark at international bussiness centre (after hyatt hotel). Room 603 has a big space and instagrammable.

It's easy to find that they sent to email how to way here detailly I needed a last minute stay close to the Incheon Airport and Numberonehotel had excellent rooms for a great price. it is very clean so I love it. And I wanna stay again i will visit KOREA next month The location and airport shuttle were exactly what I needed for my flight the next day.

Good for transit”
We arrived midnight in Incheon, it's freezing in Dec and we do not want to spend a lot of time to travel in the middle of the night. So we chose to stay for 1 night in this hotel. Only spent 5000 won for jumbo taxi and the next morning we took airport shuttle back to the terminal building to take AREX to Gimpo airport. Very convenient, and friendly hosts too! It is a very convenient hotel for the airport”
Other people wrote that It was quite difficult to find numberone residence. But it is easy to find numberone residence because i got email from residence before check-in. You can take free shuttle bus at airport and You have to drop at the second Bus station, which is International Business center. I had a morning flight to catch and I didn't want to get up early in the morning to get to the airport from Seoul , so I decided to stay at numberone residence. Overall stay was nice. The room was excellent for the price and it was very clean. They are very helpful. Check in/out very fast and efficient. The room is very clean and comfortable. Best thing for me is the wifi works well and is fast for my needs. There is korean restaurant and supermarket nearby numberone residence even convenience store. Especially, The numberone residence staff were very friendly & helpful. Highly recommend. I will stay in numberone residence again.

Spotless, convenient, excellent value!”
The room had a washer, microwave, full refrigerator, large TV with dozens of clear channels, huge windows, comfortable beds, reliable Wifi. Quiet and secure building, with several good restaurants and convenience stores next door.10 to 15 minute walk to main Incheon terminal, or a free shuttle bus. No problems with payment, reservation, or checkout. This will definitely be my first choice the next time I visit Seoul!

Good place to stay near the airport”
It's a little odd the first time you check in here because the "office" is just a room on the 2nd floor even though there is a hotel desk in the lobby. It would seem that this is a hotel within a hotel. The good part is that the free shuttle from Incheon picks you up at door 3 or 12 from the departure level of the airport and drops you right in front of the building you want. There are a number of small restaurants and convenience stores within a block's walk.
