Very clean hotel near from the airport and new china international exhibition fair ,We were riding the free shuttle Bus Exhibition near him There is a supermarket and restaurants close by Free shuttle bus is a good option , They took us to the airport at 4am. But also we found some problems No safty box in the room No mini bar The English language for its staff is weak But the result is that we enjoyed it, it is the very good hotel

I was satisfied with the Ibis Styles hotel room and had a comfortable bed. I stayed there twice this summer. Regarding the shuttle service from the airport, the first time the driver picked me up on the sidewalk at Gate 4F (Terminal 3) which was great. However, the second time, the driver forced me to walk with a heavy bag around 400 meters into a huge parking lot to find the shuttle bus in Section B 12. That was awful. Instead of walking so far with a heavy bag, I almost took a taxi instead. Why the heck would you force customers to walk so far to take the shuttle bus? That was crazy and bad customer service. The driver did not even open the door when we arrived at the hotel, and I never complained to him. I was quiet and polite the whole time. The hotel staff barely speak English, so there is little to say anyway. The hotel room was fine with a comfortable bed.

Simple, stylish and clean hotel”
Booked this hotel due to flight cancellation. Information desk in the airport helped to contact the hotel to arrange pick up. The hotel is about 20 minutes drive away the airport and has quite a lot of restaurants (some even run 24 hours) nearby. The front desk staff is friendly and booked the shuttle bus for our next day flight.

Stayed for a stopover flight. Although slightly expensive but the room is great- clean and comfortable. Staff speak close to nil english so mandarin knowledge is necessary. To arrange for pick up, you can get the airport staff at 'hotel reservation counter' to call the hotel... they will ask you to head to carpark to meet the driver. transport to airport pass midnight only starts from 4am (hourly) which suits my 6am flight schedule well. nearby have some chinese restaurant, and a mini-mart. thats all.

Clean, close to airport, efficient. Staff was good. One advise please put the info for shuttle pickup on the web site. (example: Shuttle is a white van with ibis logo on it and it comes to Floor 4 in departure level.

Close to Airport”
Hotel is located about 10 mins away (by taxi) from Capital Airport. Good place to stay for those early morning flights. Hotel is basic but it is clean and decent size. Air-con is working fine and so is the TV but not no interesting foreign channels.

Pros were it was affordable, clean, quite, a good large bed & excellent shower pressure. Nice towels & nice TP I know thats weird but alot of these budget hotels skimp on TP for some reason i.e. single ply wax paper lol... Cons were nothing & I mean nothing can be charged to the room, brekkie had to be paid for in advance. Only 4 staff had limited english, 1 had good english so be sure to have a good translation app. Daily turn down service did not include bedding that seems to be done weekly? TV channels all 60 odd of them are in chinese but I think thats all hotels? Walls were a little thin so neighbors having showers could be heard but that might be more a plumbing thing than a wall thing? I will be staying there again.

serious problems at check in”
my 20 pm flight got delayed for weather conditions arriving to Beijing at 3,30 am. At my arrival at the hotel, the clerk told me that they were full with no room for me even when my booking for three nights was confirmed. Since this hotel bills your card at arrival, they decided to give my room to the first customer that showed up late that night. Their excused for not keeping my confirmed room was that in the middle of my flight, they sent an e-mail asking for the time of my arrival. Since they did not get a reply, they gave up the room. The attendant did not speak any English, he was not concern to resolved the issue in any way. He stold me to wait till 9 am seating in the lobby until the sales team is back for work. At 5 am, some customers checked out, but still this attendant was not concern to have any of the open rooms to be cleaned quickly to meet the reservation i got confirmed for. Finally after my complains, they gave me a room at 7 am. They charged me for the three nights.

Ok. Service could be improved ”
The location near the airport was convenient as was the airport shuttle. The facilities were ok. We didn’t like that on checkout day they deactivated our room key before the checkout time, they couldn’t even activate it back and had to get housekeeping to open the room for us. Very inconvenient. Most hotels allow at least 1 hr of late checkout, this one didn’t.

Free shuttle bus to the airport as early as 4 am”
Room was nice and clean with comfy bed. Lots of restaurants nearby. We stayed there because we had early flight next morning. Hotel shuttle bus is free and reliable. CON-no fridge in the room &-to get there from the city, we had to pay 95 yuan for taxi (40mins) because google said it would take up to 3 hours by train

Not Worth”
There were 2 lifts, one working and one not. The room seems just renovated but the dust mark of renovation can still be seen in the toilet area. 98% of TV channels are local chinese channels, hotel did not subscribe to FOX or HBO, etc. Boring!!

Booking was cancelled although it was specifically mentioned during booking that arrival will be past midnight. Arrived at the hotel after a long flight and was denied a room and charged for the room that was not given to us. Showed them the booking confirmation with the late check in requirement yet the staff refused us the room. Totally unacceptable!
