"The front desk staff is unfriendly and unprofessional. During the whole check-in process, the staff is not smile and it seems I bother her or if she is in the bad mood. Also, I need to remind her if there are any newspapers for reading next morning, as she did not mention it at all. It is really a disappointed check-in experience, if it is a real Five Star Hotel?! I cannot feel Five Star service at all. I guess if I encountered other front desk staff, I will have better impression for staying at Sheraton Hsinchu Hotel "

"Overall really great. Not much English spoken by staff though. SOMETIMES communication was a little hard but no real problems. If I go back I will probably use the same hotel it is reasonable the staff are really kind and food was delicious. Good place , a bit noisy at first because it is close to a busy road but with window shut and air conditioning not too noisy. Lights are operated by buttons on the phone once key card is set in switch and the locks are a little finicky to open sometimes with the key provided but no overall really good experience. "
