I enjoyed my stay there very much. I had a bad experience with taxi driver when I arrived from the airport but the staff at Crowne plaza took care of it, even called the police and they handled the situation stress free for me. I will be back in June, won't look for another hotel. This is the best.

Poor service! The hotel staff not helpful and friendly and poor English. Can't believe I was only given a paper cup, plastic bowl and wood chopsticks when eating at the hotel cafe! Nothing to eat and buy around the hotel, even if you want to buy a bottle of water, you need to walk half of an hour! I will never stay at this hotel again and will not recommend to my friend...

The Nuo Hotel is the best example of a luxury hotel that I stayed in in China, with everything really meeting or exceeding expectations. It's not in a particularly interesting or nice part of Beijing (there is a good park nearby), but the rooms and pool are spectacular and you couldn't have a kinder or more helpful staff. (They also speak good English, which is reall...

we've stayed in this hotel many times. they used to be called holiday inn lido hotel. there is this bellhop uncle who is really helpful, often going out of his way even when i wasnt staying at this hotel. for this trip, we made a last min booking from agoda at the beijing airport. upon arrival at the hotel, the front desk said he couldnt find my booking! he mad...

I stay in East Beijing because it's close to where my client is. I've stayed in a few different hotels in Beijing before, and East is by far the best value for money hotel. I love how friendly the staff are. They go out of their way to make you feel at home in a very approachable, friendly and genuine way. I ate at the hotel because of terrible air pollution while I ...

This is my second review after staying here on several occasions...a great hotel for the price and well worth the taxi trips into the city centre... The room service and ammenities are as expected of a 3 1/2 star hotel. The only letdown is the distance to inner city attractions and the subway being a distant taxi ride away. Overall the best 'bang for your buck' we hav...

It was my first trip to Beijing and my first Hyatt experience and it was the worst. From the first moment of checking in, the front desk receptionist's service and attitude towards me was unpleasant. She had said that my payment via agoda had not been processed, (despite my showing her the payment receipt several times) and therefore, made me pay again at the front des...

Stuff speaks only chinese even if they announce that they can speak English. But it's common in any chinese hotel. I got a room without breakfast. Good eating options outside. No storage shelfs in a rooms, so nowhere to put bags/things. Cleaning was only partly: somteimes they "forgot" to clean WC, shower, clean the floor etc. Compare to how dirty it can be in a budget...

The staff was very informative and courteous. Our luggage was temporarily lost due to a miss communication with the taxi driver . The hotel quickly acted to retrieve the luggage. The taxi driver did return with the luggage intact. The food was satisfactory but limited. The internet was ok but slow. It only took 15 minutes to get to the business center.

I stayed a few nights there and I don't really have anything negative to say. There's no restaurant but some great ones all around. Surrounded by the Jiangtai subway station and Parkside which is a beautiful relaxing park, the hotel is greatly located in Lido area. Room is more than OK. Clean and convenient, Internet's good. They were doing renovation works in the hote...
