we really enjoyed our stay at Prime Hotel. It's probably the best choice if you want the bang for your buck. Definitely low room rate for a five star hotel. We loved the breakfast and dinner buffet. Hotel staff are very much accommodating to our needs and questions. They understand English well. As for the room, it's one of the best hotel rooms I have stayed in.

It was last minute booking for this hotel due to the ealier booking for another hotel by my friend was being rejected because they only entertain PRC clients. Anyway I was satisfied with this location, 10 mins walk to Tian An Men square and Wang Fu Jing , bus stop at beside building, very convenient.

At the last minute, we booked Sunworld Dynasty hotel through the Agoda website. We stayed for five nights and the service we received is on par with standards of a five star foreign-own hotels (e.g. Sheraton). Most staff could communicate in English, which was helpful. (Not a lot of locals in the city can speak/understand English so it was nice to be able to speak o...

it was really a great experience at sunworld hotel, me, my family and friends really enjoyed our 5 days stay in kuala lumpur. they have smiling, friendly and accommodating staff and the rooms are very clean but cheaper. if you want to go on shopping you can just walk around because it's just steps away to shopping areas. oh our buffet breakfast and lunch were also the ...

Enjoy the ideal vantage point from this five-star Beijing hotel, located in the heart of the city. Situated on Wangfujing, within walking distance of The Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square, Grand Hyatt Beijing is part of Oriental Plaza – one of China’s largest commercial complexes – with direct access to the adjacent shopping mall. Wangfujing Street, located next to t...

i loved this hotel, value for money, what you see in the pictures is well, what you would get. travelling with family with older parents. booked 1 deluxe room and 1 suite room. both rooms were spacious, new, clean, bright, comfortable. you get fresh, clean and white towels daily, laundry service good, all in all very satisfied. hotel staff are all very obliging and...

hotel is conviniently located next to wangfujing which is a shopping belt full of good 'local brand' shops. the famous hot pot and the beijing roast duck. you can also find a hundred years old shop selling all sorts of fabrics; there is another shop selling hats. the things you can find at wangfujing is limitless. and near the hotel is the tian an men square wher...

We stayed at Beijing North Garden hotel for 3 nights at end of Oct 2011. We enjoyed our stay. The best part of the hotel is its prime location on the first block of the busiest Wanfujing street, the start of this prime tourist pedestrian shopping street which is full of big fancy departments stores, huge bookstore next door, alleys full of small stalls and food stan...

This is a great Chinese boutique hotel with a good location (10 min walk to subway station). The rooms are beautiful with Chinese decorations, but the AC and the bathrooms have been modified to modern times. I stayed during winter and the heater was working perfectly. The service is impeccable. I have been in 5 star hotels in Tokyo and this hotel was even better in ser...

We booked this hotel through Agoda (which offers the best deals for hotel bookings in Asia). Our rate for 4 nights was US 131.75 a night for a courtyard room inc breakfast. There was an issue with the power on the floor to our room when we checked in so they helped us to move next door to the Jade Garden Hotel for one night and for the inconvenience they upgraded our r...

This is the best hotel I stayed in Beijing. If you want to experience Chinese Culture in depth, you do not want to miss this hotel. The hotel is a heritage courtyard house of an ancient scholar back in the emperor's day (ask the luggage boy, he will tell you all about it). The layout of the rooms and garden, and the interior of the rooms and furniture are all very a...

Our stay was excellent, but it was essential that we had a friend able to communicate with the staff in Chinese. The reception staff had trouble finding our reservation, and at one point they thought we owed money that we did not owe. Overall our stay was excellent.

The room was big and clean with all the amenities I expected. Breakfast was ok, but I have to give props to the hot pot restaurant, it was delicious and reasonably priced than outside hot pot restaurants. Location was good since it is near majors attractions but the hotel itself is located between 2 metro stops, so a 10 minutes walk to either metro entrance. Staffs wer...

The staffs services are prompt and professional. I was greeted almost every time whenever I walked back into the hotel and leaving the hotel by the bell boys. However, the front desk staffs should try to be friendlier and smiling. This could be improved slightly. There was an incident which I was pleased. I needed help to weigh my luggages before I checked out, just i...

While the staff deliver 5 star service the hotel's infrastructure is no longer 5 star, with the exception of the pool/gym. Ownership needs desperately to invest in a refurbishment of the rooms/halls, etc. That said, at the right price point, this hotel represents arguably the best hotel value in Beijing. Through a prepay/no refund deal available only on Agoda, m...

the hotel is a 3/2 stars establishment just 10 minutes walk from forbidden city and tian an men square. it is located in nan he yan street which provides easy access to taxis but not too busy so you can have quiet nights for recuperating from your days of exploring the city. it has 2 subway stations within walking distance (wang fu jing and tian an men) so it is easy t...

EChoose this hotel cause it is new and in the best location in Beijing. Staff are nice and helpful. Facilities are all in top grade. There is room to improve. Like better communication on check in, reception should tell us the room to room line is disable between 22:00 - 08:00. Adding a small rubbish bin in toilet room. One more tissue box in living room. A small tabl...

Though a little hard to find, hotel is actually conventiently located just 3 bus stops away from subway station Dong Si and is just a few bus stops from Tian An Men Square. Hotel is only a short walk from Xuan Wu Men or North Gate (exit gate) of the Forbidden City. Do note that visitation to the Forbidden City is currently uni-directional i.e. you could only enter from...

The hotel is in the city center and conveniently located near the Dengshikou subway station. It's within walking distance of Tiananmen Square and Wangfujing shopping district. The breakfast buffet has many choices and my family loved it. The staff was courteous and helped us purchase train tickets. The hotel is clean. However, the AC in our room wasn't cold enough ...

grand mercure beijing is well located in the central of beijing. close to subway and shopping mall, about 30 mins walk to tian an men square. the hotel itself is clean but very dated. overall, feel like the hotel needs a major renovation. specially, carpet, bathroom and its aircon systems (i.e. if next door someone smokes, the you can smell it in your room from the air...
