I was there on Saturday night around 9pm and I’ve booked for 2adults as emergency booking but I have one 10 yrs old with me it’s very kind of them it charged us only 100 bath and also brought the blanket and pillow and price was including breakfast too so lovely. For the room is big, clean, huge bathroom and secure. Staffs are very lovely, friendly and professional. Value for money I would high recommended for you

Good room for this price (spacious living room and shower room, all accessories in the room are brand-new and good-looking). Hotel located little bit outside of city, far from life, in the quite place (there is no nothing around hotel). So, you need to have your own transport (car or motorbike) to stay here comfortable. If you no have your transport, you can rent motorbike at reception or ask them to book tuk-tuk for you. Hotel looks like several long townhouses, each room have its own entrance (you can feel yourself very private here). Most of guest are parking theirs cars near theirs rooms (i feel like 80% of guests here have a car). Reception is works 24 hours per day (you can check-in and check-out in any time, but if you check-in too early morning, they will ask you pay more for 1 night). Restaurant works not 24 hours a day, but you can order snacks and cold beverages from it 24 hours a day. They no charge you more, if you order food to your room (but it's okay to leave tips). Thai food in restaurant is really cheap (prices like the on street) and really delicious. They also have tickets to elephant show. Please, beware with tuk-tuk and motobike taxi drivers in the city (or avoid them), because they can charge you more than you can expect (about 150-200 baht for travel from the city center to this hotel; yes, taxi prices in Surin more higher than in Bangkok or Pattaya). So, you should always ask them for price before you sit in the tuk-tuk or motorbike-taxi. But, if you take tuk-tuk from reception of hotel, price will be reasonable (just avoid to taxi motobike-taxi in the city (for example, from BigC)).

The staff were fantastic, from the front desk to the cleaners via the security, all ready to help with an easy smile and a willingness to go the extra mile. The hotel itself is a 3 star nothing fancy just everything we needed with no bells and whistles. It just does all the stuff you want from a hotel very well. The place was spotless. We had fresh towels and linen every day. The rooms were cleaned and tidied to a very high standard. We were in a group of 8 with 4 adults and 4 children aged 3 to 14 our room was a suite with two rooms, the living/dining room was big enough for all 8 of us to eat together for an impromptu pizza party and the added bonus of a door into the bedroom so you could keep that area more private. The pool was great after a baking hot day sightseeing, the 3 lads especially loved it. It isn't heated so the water is nicely chilled and its sheltered so you don't have to worry about sunburn. The hotel is located in a great location with restaurants and the outdoor market a short walk away, but there was no outside noise at night and a great nights sleep was had by all. If you are in the area looking for a hotel you could do a lot worse for a lot more money than The Grace.

Simply one of the best hotels in any category anywhere in Thailand for the price. Great bed and linen gives you a great night sleep. Room has all the amenities you need and then some. Breakfast was more than adequate..this alone I give 5 star. Mainly lady staff makes a difference. Attentive , polite and professional. Car park has a lift straight to room. Overall more than a pleasant stay. I supposed to meet a friend for drinks that night but ended up lazing in bed.

I didn't know Hop-Inn was a chain, but I'm sure glad I came across them as the experience was excellent. The hotel in Surin is right next to the ancient Maneerote Hotel. The latter is in quite run-down appearance, so this only makes the Hop-Inn Hotel stand out in more impressive light. A big, bright blue building and it's huge car park space are what you see first. The reception is a small area with a keypad access door for guests. The reception stocks some snacks and drinks too. If I remember correctly the staff member spoke English to me, but she was always smiling each time I entered and exited the building. The hotel is extremely new; practically the first person to stay in my room. I didn't see, nor hear any other guests during my 3 night stay, but the car park was always full by evening. The 3rd floor rooms were actually still having electrical/masonry work done to them, but I never heard any workmen during my stay. The room itself is well presented, very bright and spacious. The bed was huge, very comfortable and relaxing. The rooms all have a large window infront of your desked tabletop. There is a very modern tv with usb and hdmi inputs available. A number of lights are installed in the room to help determine your mood. The bathroom is spacious with a good power shower and built-in dispensers with shampoo and soap. Air con in the room is excellent, and there is another door which gives access to a very small 'balcony' area. Housekeeping were excellent each day, prompt with tidying the rooms and leaving 2 bottles of water for you each day. 100% I'll be back, but in a quiet town like Surin I wonder how they would ever envisage having even.a 50% capacity booking. Hopefully, they'll let out short-term contract rooms.

This is a really nice hotel. My girlfriend and I had a really enjoyable stay here. Although they speak limited English, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and always tried their best to assist whenever we had questions. Thankfully I speak a little bit of Thai which helped with communication. The room was big and had sufficient facilities. The laundry service was affordable and timely too. The view from the balcony was nice and full of greenery. The hotel restaurant served good food and coffee at an affordable price. There was hot shower which was great since it was raining most of the time I was there. Surin is a wonderful place and our stay at Maneerote Hotel was a memorable one for my girlfriend and me. Will definitely consider staying here again.

We were looking for a good cheap hotel for our 4 night stopover in Surin to see the Elephant Festival. We considered others, but kept on coming back to this hotel, the lack of meals at the hotel is not a problem, as for a westerner, there are excellent meals available at the 214 Diner, 200 meters from the entrance to Robinsons. The hotel is great, looks new, but is in fact 3 years old, well looked after, and everything was perfectly clean and worked. More than enough power points to charge the phones etc, staff do speak limited english, but owners daughter speaks great english. I have no hesitation in recommending, if I visit Surin again, I would definitely stay here.

I visited Surin with my partner when we were on our way from Pak Chong to Cambodia. We decided to stay one night there since it was too late to get us to the border before night. The room was clean and comfortable, staff spoke some basic English. Room had clear and comfortable bateriom and balcony. We spend an evening in the neighborhood, has really great massage place just around the corner and also we highly recommend to visit the Hippie bar at the same street - lovely people, friendly owner and live music.

My partner and I headed to Surin for the Elephant Roundup. We found our hotel conveniently nestled within the area close to local food, bus terminals and access to the stadium. Staff were friendly and did all they could to help. It was our first time in Surin so the advice and suggestions from the staff were greatly appreciated. Only downside was that we had trouble accessing wifi within our room. Good value for money overall nonetheless. We will be staying here again the next time we're in Surin.

The resort hotel is very good as it is close to the City center. Rooms are clean and a good size. Ideal for a few nights stay with good eating place nearby. Great value for money and we will stay there again if we return to Surin. If you are looking for a good restaurant then turn left from the hotel towards the City center and proceed through two sets of traffic lights until the road narrows, keep a look out on the right hand side for around one hundred meters and you will find a restaurant called "Sydney Steak" it has two kangaroos on the frontage. This is a good place to eat and has a good selection of Thai and International food with good service

the hotel had not received your confirmation and had no booking for us. we made our reservation and paid with credit card in june to avoid any problems as our 2 night stay was for the elephant roudup in surin and rooms are at a premium and scarce. the manager was however more than accommodating and gave us free transport to the event and back the following morning. wonderful room and staff very helpful....restaurant food very good and reasonable. location of hotel not the best....about 6 km from city centre.

It's really within walking distance of everything at night just a short walk and your in the night market yet it's a very quiet secure island of tranquillity, good size rooms air shower and fridge all work. There's washing machines situated at the back of the hotel 30 baht a wash, hand wash spin dry no charge a must if you have been travelling. No restaurant on site but market and restaurant all next to you again I have to say I felt safe and secure at this hotel. And will try to book again if in Surin it was fully booked on our visit.
