i was taken aback when i first enter the hotel lobby as it brings one back to the grandness of european style 5 star hotel with high ceiling, lighting and the service at check in is professional and speedy. the room i am staying is renovated to 5 star standard and the view that i was allocated was mountain view and it is scenic from 9th. floor. there is ample parking and it is within a guarded vicinity of the hotel. supermarket and shopping center is allocated within walking distance from the hotel.

I got rm76 for twin bed with breakfast, definitely value for money but some review says if walk-in rm55 only, not sure which room they are referring to. Easy access to Summit shopping complex but I'm not a big fan of it. Room is clean, pretty nice view at night from room, kids love it..room quiet spacious, kids could run around and hop to different bed. Breakfast serve @ cafe, 3kids below 7yo dine in for free is convenient for me. they server nasi lemak, toast with kaya,margerine n jamms, fruit not really fresh so I don't try it, scramble eggs, sosej, cereal (conflakes, koko crunch & honey star) with milk, fried maggi & mee, mee sup, porridge.Overall food is 2 out of 5 star. Consider convenient for me who's not familiar where to get good food in BP early morning FYI. room not carpeted, no laundry bag provided n very hard to get parking nearby hotel enterance. hv to park 100m away (not convenience & not secured) There's room service thai massage

I stay in this hotel for 3 day 2 night. I reach there at 12 noon and hope to have a early check-in( check in time is at 2Pm ). The two lady at the counter was busy with other customer but attend to me immediately after they finish. I just tell the lady that i will like to check in and she did not even tell me is too early and let me check in immediately. You can also ask for late check-out to 1 pm and they are still smiling. Service at fornt desk was very good. For room, it is very clean and the size of the room is ok. When i book the room, is not not come with breakfast. but i still get free breakfast and free wifi which i was quite happy about it. There was an underground car park but no secuity guard when i reach. But i saw the guard every time after that. At least i know some one will look after my car. Over all i will say it is a comfort stay.

It is definitely the best choice to stay in Batu Pahat. it is clean and tidy... of course for this price you cant expect to have other facility like pool and gym... Good location as it is by the main road and easy access to malls, or anywhere in town center. I have stayed Pinetree and Landmark before, Crystal Inn is way better in terms of comfort and cleanliness. The room service menu is tasty and reasonable price. Hotel receptionist is good and prepared Tax invoice as i requested earlier.

I thought i booked the delxue queen room with window but was not taken in. Only written on the booking form, pay to hotel. When I reach there, was told the room I intend to stay, was fully booked. Told me left 3 beds room, no choice as can't ask me to go back spore. Have to pay more than I expected even though the room is cheap. Overall, the hotel room is ok, location too. Only 1 lift. Nearby have some food too.

i stay here for drop by for one night only, i want to visit the beach of minyak beku, and also the "swimming pool" steamboat, from the hotel, it is very easy to go the the place. this hotel also very near to the batu pahat landmark statue, it is walking distance. this is really value for the price. one thing that make me not so satisfy is the maintenance of the lift, the lift was malfunction when i stay there, and i check with the people there, it already malfunction for few days. well, not really big deal for me, because i stay at third floor only. another things to remind is, may be 4th floor is a function room, when there is function going on, i can hear the sound...

It's recommended to stay, I'm not too sure about environment but when I came around 8pm, was check-in there. Staff are friendly to guidance me dinner place. Parking lot very limited more too 1st come 1st serve. Hotel is old to become classic. But everything is fine. Did not expect much,at least breakfast fulfill my tummy is important. Simple breakfast choice but well worth it and will refill but like yesterday i'm stayed. At least i having a nice breakfast for this 2 days 3 night stay between 2 hotel. Overall recommended to stay and breakfast was good. Opposite hotel have 1 small foodcourt Chinese food can eat and one roti canai Malay stall as well. Hygiene 5 star Food 4.9 star Comfortable bed 5 star

I booked fmly room for RM110, the rate is slightly cheaper then walk-in rate. Got room # 116. It's clean and comfortable. 1 queen & 1 single, my husband combine both bed :). Water heater not working, no big deal for us. TV 14" , 10 hangers & air cond. No phone in the room, but they provide 1 phone each floor for ppl to use. they have café, price is reasonable but when we arrived at 6pm they r closed. Cafe closed on Sunday. I wish they could provide mini-fridge Great location, 1 way straits, nearby my relatives houses. 5mins to KFC, pizza hut, bank, pharmacy & shop lots. Easy last minute check-in, no need to print Agoda voucher. Staff very friendly, helpful & shy. Limited parking space nearby hotel enterance I will definitely come here again

Room is ok, good location because is was at batu pahat Town area. But upstairs is a restaurant and so noisy. Keep have sound of move table or chair. Nearby hotel have a cafe is very nice and good. Is called idea kitchen. Boss was friendly and food was nice taste and beautiful with cheap price. After check in hotel I was go idea kitchen have my lunch, and is was give me a good memory in batu pahat. Thanks idea kitchen 💚 The hotel is alot of parking so no need to worry about the car park.

For that price, I get 2Q/1S beds. That's value for money. Plus a table for writing my journal. Water pressure is fantastic. Great for travellers who need no frills but just need a place to retire for the day. Food available around the corner, available round the clock. Car parking no issue: plenty around. Room WIFI available to keep my teenage sons occupied. Downside, preferably use own towels as those provided are thin and best for wiping feet. For those who can, bring own pillows for comfort. Overall, I will return as I rather saved excess money on shopping than staying in those "starred" hotels.

Hotel location is just a few minutes walk from Batu Pahat Bus Terminal -- is along the street where Bata shoes shop is located. The hotel's signage is not really visible as it is covered with leaves of a tree. This hotel is not for fussy travelers. Is a go to hotel if you need a place to sleep and take a shower for a day or two that is near to the bus terminal. Hotel room's cleanliness can be improve as the room that was assigned to us were a bit dusty. Room comes with aircon, ceiling fan, water heater, complimentary liquid soap & shampoo and 2 small bottles of drinking water. Just find it odd that the basin is beside the bed instead of inside the toilet. Do take note that this hotel does not come with any elevator so you would want to consider other hotel if you are taking a heavy luggage with you. But overall is fair enough, nothing to complain about with the cheap price you pay. Will book this hotel again in my future visit at Batu Pahat.
