"My wife left behind her purse at the lobby's couch when we checked in last Tuesday. A few moment later, the hotel manager went up to our room and returned the purse. Guess what's inside the purse? My wife's gold bracelet, gold ring, some money and her driving licence! I was informed that the staff who noticed the purse on the couch was counter staff Ms Syafiqah. She then asked bellhop En Ismail to retrieve it and handed over to the manager. We are truly admired with your staff kindness and honesty. Thank you very much."

"It is definitely the best choice to stay in Batu Pahat. it is clean and tidy... of course for this price you cant expect to have other facility like pool and gym... Good location as it is by the main road and easy access to malls, or anywhere in town center. I have stayed Pinetree and Landmark before, Crystal Inn is way better in terms of comfort and cleanliness. The room service menu is tasty and reasonable price. Hotel receptionist is good and prepared Tax invoice as i requested earlier."

"For that price, I get 2Q/1S beds. That's value for money. Plus a table for writing my journal. Water pressure is fantastic. Great for travellers who need no frills but just need a place to retire for the day. Food available around the corner, available round the clock. Car parking no issue: plenty around. Room WIFI available to keep my teenage sons occupied. Downside, preferably use own towels as those provided are thin and best for wiping feet. For those who can, bring own pillows for comfort. Overall, I will return as I rather saved excess money on shopping than staying in those "starred" hotels. "

"Every Chinese New Year (CNY) we will be back to visit our parent and relatives in Batu Pahat. And it is very hard to find "food" during CNY period, either hard to find or everywhere crowded.. to solve the child hunger quickly, we decided to stay at this hotel because, there is a Mcdonalds just right in the Summit Mall! I just booked an online delivery and problem solved! Despite the best location of the area, the hotel is decently clean and breakfast is simple but nice. Will definitely book again if allow to travel across the country on the up coming CNY."

"I really like the wallpaper and room design, it is very welcoming and cozy, while maintaining the 3-4 hotel elegance. TV has many options as it is connected to the internet. It is connected to the only (if not mistaken) Starbucks in Batu Pahat, which is convenient but might be a bit confusing when looking for the entrance as we need to enter through Starbucks first to access the hotel from the car park. There are ample parking spaces, and it is just beside the town centre with the malls and the eateries. Some things to improve include the hygiene as I saw a few gray spots on my blanket. Another pet peeve of mine is when I enter the hotel room, I prefer if all the lights light up when I put in the card, which is not done here. Breakfast is very rudimentary but that is to be expected from the pricing. Otherwise, still one of my best stays in Batu Pahat."
