"The hotel was nice. Good location, very helpful staff (the plug in our tub was missing; they delivered a new one in 10 minutes), and excellent breakfast. Best was, however, that they help us overcome a booking issue: we had booked via Agoda, and it turned out the room we booked actually does not exist: we booked a 3-person room but the hotel said it does not have these (other than expensive suites); instead, we ended up in a double with a bed on wheels brought in. It all worked out fine, and we were happy the hotel was able and willing to accommodate us. But one wonders whether it should have been sold as a room for three."

"Great location and even if we arrived later than 1800 and the staff was off, they still left a note on the door to let us know where to pick up the room key. Room is very clean but I hope there is a water kettle in each room. Breakfast is simple and nice. Staff are all smiley and helpful. I would recommend this place to others. "
