"Many directional signages were confusing. tourists get lost their ways as some signages did not show or direct them to correct destination. Perhaps have to relook into the directional drawing plan, marked down the existing signages location and improve or add additional signages. Eg, I was looking for Theme park hotel from First world lobby .1) no sufficient signages were provided. 2) once I was at the resort grand hotel, the signage disappear and I was lost . 3) I am looking for Coffee Terrace for meal, but no information Or signages can direct.me there. Hope to see the improvement and benefits both Genting highlands and visitors. Cheers"

"Pros: good location, fast check in & check out via machine. Great lobby with children playground.. Cons: Bathroom n toilet separated with both advantages & disadvantages. No common door to enter the area. Privacy issue. Do not suggest to include breakfast as only food coupons given in which one coupon for 1 food choice. Better consider to have breakfast at Coffee Terrace near Genting Grand Hotel (if lucky, may get 40% discount). No free parking at site. But, can park at nearby Resort Hotel multilevel parking area (require payment if no Genting member card) "

"The bus drop us off at Resort Hotel, so we got to take a few escalators to get to the hotel. check in was fast. however the room smells bad with cigarette. we had requested for a non-smoking room, however, the room still smell bad. breakfast was buffet style, the coffee counter is near the bar counter, all the way behind and away from the food line. limited food range... so do not expect a spread of food like other 5 star hotels. check out was speedy as well. unable to get late-check out as the hotel seems to always been "fully booked". expect to wait up to 10 mins at the check out counter as they will have someone check your room for "damages" or missing items.
