From Bukit Bintang monorail station go south in Jalan Sultan Ismael. Take first left just before Hotel Royal into Jalan Walter Granier. Take first right. Take first right again, just after passing a parking building. You see a big vertical sign near the end of the street "HOTEL". Just before that is Sunbeam Palm Hotel.

Cheap & Clean Hotel in Near Bukit bintang & berjaya time square ”

This is simple hotel near bukit bintang & berjaya time square. if you have low budget, i recommended this hotel for you. the staff is very nice. normal check in at 02.00 pm. but i come earlier & the staff give me early check in without add charge. when got the room. the room is so small but its ok. the bathroom also small but worth it with the price. next time i will stay again.

Near to Tourist spots”

Me and my mom stayed for 2 nights at Sunbeam, i love and happy with our stay.,coz the place is near to tourist spots in Kuala Lumpur, and many department store and convenient store,railways and food street.. its only on the 1st day we checked in..,we arrived earlier at 1pm and check in time would be 2pm..so waited at the lobby,..i ask if we can check in early but the part timer(said)he's not allowed to do it coz he was just trainee..,So i understand we should really wait at check in time.We're from the early flight and my 57y.o mom wanted to sleep,but even its already 2:30,and 3:00 ,we waited too long beyond d check in time..anyway,..Maybe the receptionist should be at her/his desk esp during check in time and check out time..but anyway overall total im satisfied and will recommend it to a friend...

Just right behind Farenheit 88. ”

Location is just behind Farenheit and Lot 10 Room is super small. Bed comfortable Toilet clean and working No tv. No hook to put cloth or pants. Wall is very thin. can hear next door talking. 2 staff which are very nice people and welcoming. I would stay here again because the location is great. near to Sungei Wang, Lot 10, Pavilion. But using Grab to this place is a nightmare because of the traffic jam at Jalan Bukit Bintang.

Deluxe Room : Do NOT book this room, it doesn't exist. They only have standard rooms and dorm rooms, not sure why the hotel listed Deluxe rooms on Agoda and they had to refund some of my money. They were VERY NICE about the whole thing as it's a mistake that they will fix soon I'm sure. VALUE: Amazing value but you do get what you pay for. Queen bed with about a foot of room around it (30cm) no selves and only 1 nail in the wall with a hanger. I used half my bed to lay out my things and slept on the other half. Shower / bathroom is very small, you can brush your teeth while on the toilet and taking a shower. Not joking, I've done it... quite the time saver. :-) All in all it's a great small cheap room that is clean with friendly owners and in a great location.

Good but not-so-good....”

I had a terrible time trying to find this hotel because the address AND phone number listed on Agoda were both wrong. I had just arrived in KL and had no data on my phone, so I couldn't use Google to find it. It took some help from the locals to find it. Fortunately, the manager was very apologetic and upgraded my room for the first night - something I was very grateful for! That said, the single room I stayed in the second night (as per my original booking) was nowhere near as pleasant, and I wouldn't have booked it if I'd known how small and cramped it would be. The single rooms have no windows and the bed takes up 99% of the space. The air con is noisy and the water leaked all night in the bathroom. Sorry, but I wouldn't choose this place again.

Pros:- 1)The hotel is quite near to the mono rail,park hotel,mrt. 2)The hotel is quite cheap while compared to the location 3)Was well air-conditionded and the bath room we're to good. 4)Get this hotel if you are at a budget. 5)even you get free and good wifi Cons:- 1)One guy at the reception who I met in the morning was good but other on the nightwas very harsh. 2)No drinking water. 3)No locker provided. 4)Small room I mean really small. So if you are okay with the above cons you can book the hotel if not it's up to you.

Reasonable room size for couple travellers ”

Although the room does not provide television and table, we do enjoy to have nearby accommodation with reasonable room price. Make sure to request from receptionist for towels and tissue paper if not prepare in the room. This couple room is not suitable for customer with height more than 6 feet tall (183cm).

we just finished travelling Malaysia, we booked 2 nights here included taxes and service charge. the staff (front desk) ask deposit 50 ringgit plus 30 ringgit tax ( which is included from my booking). he did not give any receipt.,the water is licking from the toilet its not the best. we always use Agoda for booking hotel online we don't have any problem. Can I get my money back from this hotel Sunbeam palm the amount is 30 ringgit Malaysia?

The best location. although it's a bit confusing to locate the hostel at first. The staffs are great too. My only suggestion is to add more hanging fixtures on the room.

Cheap room to store luggage and walk around bukit bintang whilst waiting for return flight. The place reeked from the bad drainage and wasn't exactly clean or well maintained. Good alternative for backpackers looking for privacy though.

Checked in and was surprised no towel or even soap made available. Beds are super creaky. I don't appreciate the staff keep on entering and looking around. They actually overbooked after me and a guest was called out to 'talk' (only reason I think I wasn't chosen is because I'm a local). Haven't stayed elsewhere in the area so nothing to compare in bukit bintang but have stayed in hostels elsewhere and this sucks. Beware Hotel Royal Palm Lodge as well. Apparently if they overbooked will send you here. AVOID BOTH
