This 4-star hotel is situated in the centre of Kaprun, at the foot of the Kitzsteinhorn Glacier Ski Area and just 200 metres from the nearest ski slope. It features a luxurious spa area, a heated outdoor pool, and free WiFi. The elegant rooms at the Sonnblick Hotel include a balcony, a flat-screen cable TV, a bathroom, and wooden floors. Hotel Sonnblick’s spa area features a hot tub, various saunas, a relaxation room with water beds, and an open fireplace. The restaurant serves traditional Austrian cuisine. Breakfast includes sparkling wine and local specialities. A 3 or 5-course dinner is available at an additional cost, and various themed dinners and buffets are offered regularly. Zell am See is 8 km away, and Hohe Tauern National Park can be reached in a 30-minute drive. A bus stop is directly opposite the hotel. In summer, the Zell am See-Kaprun Summer Card is included in the rate. This card comprises many free benefits and discounts, including free use of local cable cars.

Perfect Austrian stay”
Although only weekend but we have perfectly enjoyed our Kaprun stay in Hotel Sonnblick. The room was really comfortable - big enough with a spacious bathroom and two wardrobes with lots of hangers which is not very usual and was appreciated. Outstanding balcony view just underlined the perfect stay. Breakfast was delicious and our own table in the restaurant always prepared. Staff was very helpful and nice. We even had our own parking place reserved in front of the hotel with a plate with our name on the wall - what an idea!

Hotel Sonnblick kaprun”
Bin schon sehr oft in Kaprun gewesen über einhundert mal, aber dieses Hotel kann ich nur weiter empfehlen, hier stimmt einfach alles, vor dem Hotel kann ohne Schwierigkieten geparkt werden, bei den grossen Hotels ist leider in Kaprun nicht so, da kümmert sich keiner, sehr nett ist die Idee den zimmerparkplatz mit Namen zu versehen, ich habe keine Lust, wenn ich Schifahren komme Parkplatz suchen zu müssen! Zimmer sind liebevoll und nicht zu klein, grosser Balkon, Mitarbeiter sehr bemüht, besonders chef und chefin, das ist der Vorteil eines familienbetiebes. Höhepunkt ist die Küche des Hauses, wirklich gepfegte fünf Gänge mit sehr guten nicht überteuerten Weinen. Bravo
