Very close to station and excellent for price”
The hotel is good and is the best option for location and price. However, please keep in mind, there is nothing to do nearby, and restaurants are not in this area. Nevertheless, you can walk north and find some restaurants about 10min. There are free juices on second floor. Wifi available only 2nd floor. There are chairs to sit. Vemding machine sell cheap beverage, and also snack (if I remember correctly)

Very cheap, but you get what you pay for”
If you just need to crash in a bed for a night, it's fine but it's very old, no air conditioning, and not the cleanest. Plus, bad/no wifi in the rooms. Staff was friendly and location is right next to a train station and a short walk from the downtown/shopping area.

i booked this hotel abt 4 mths. it is great value for money. so near the honhachinohe station. simple and delicious breakfast included in the room rate. if you intend to take shinkansen or bus to towada lake at hachinohe next day morning, make sure you check the train timing from honhachinohe to hachinohe beforehand. it is not frequent. all in all, a good little hotel value for money

First of all the location is perfect, just opposite to the station. There is also some food around, even small temple and park for morning walk. The room itself is considered clean and good. Breakfast is really nice and the staff are helpful. I surprised that the price is considered really cheap. My only note is the station (Hon-hachinohe) not having many train schedule to nearest shinkansen station (Hachinohe) like 30mins once, so you must be very careful not to miss train.

Great location from Honhachinohe station, however local train only once an hour from Hachinohe station. Friendly staff. They have laundromat eventhough it's not listed. Place is rather old but clean, we enjoyed the simple breakfast.

Basic Hotel in Hachinohe/Aomori”
Stayed here for four nights, commuting to Aomori City and Hirosaki City for the Neputa festivals as hotels there were sold out. Basic rooms, generally clean and well kept. Beds softer than most other Japanese hotels I've stayed in. Hotel itself is a little old, but located right in front of Hon-Hachinohe Station. The utility bathroom is small, but that should be expected from a basic Japanese business hotel. *Trains from Hachinohe Station to the hotel at Hon-Hachinohe station do not run after 10pm, in which case a taxi from Hachinohe Station costs a little over 2000yen.

Simple and very near station”
The hotel is right infront of Hon hachinohe station, simple but very minimally equipped. Room is rather spacious and fuss free. However, Hon Hachinohe is not the main stop point for all the sight seeing buses so you still have to take a train to hachinohe for the buses, so have to wake up earlier and the train frequencies back is very limited so be careful.

The most expensive that I stay in hotel chain of Hotel Select Inn ”
This hotel very expensive that unsuitable with the price which room included breakfast. This hotel very small and breakfast not good, low quality. I stayed hotel Select Inn (Aomori) before stay here room rate included breakfast was very good, many choices, good quality and very cheap. This hotel good for only location near the HON-HACHINOHE station just across the road.

Cheap and efficient”
But there's no wifi in the room! It's 2018 and honestly I cannot recommend a hotel that doesn't have wifi inside guest rooms. But if you're old-school and don't mind that you'll probably enjoy this hotel. Very basic but it has everything one could hope for. Very dated in some parts but at least it's clean. Our room had a hole in the wall that was covered with a poster for some reason.

Misunderstanding of a train time table. ”
The hotel itself was fine for the budget traveller but the train time table was not fine for a tourist cos the last train from the Shinkansen station to the hotel is 9pm. Too early for a tourist to go back to the hotel. And not much restaurant at the night time.
