I was planning to hike mt gassan, and this made a very good base: next to the station (which incorporates an infomation centre), where the bus to the stat of the hike also departs from. I got a good real on a room, so I consider it good value.

Very close to the station. There a soba ramen place that's walkable that's pretty good if you have about hour to spare: Chuka soba kumonito (Tsuruoka branch)

I was satisfied with the location, facilities, and staff at this hotel. I have used Route Inn at other locations and have always been satisfied. I will definitely stay here again on my next business trip.

Exceptional”

Due to heavy rain, the train on the Uetsu Line from Niigata to Yamagata was cancelled without any alternative transportation. As a result, I couldn't make it to my destination on the scheduled day and had to cancel my reservation. However, even though it was on the day of the reservation, the hotel staff were very considerate and waived the cancellation fee. I was feeling very down because I couldn't go on my trip, but their kindness was greatly appreciated.

安い、駅近、朝食駐車場付き”

2月に利用しました。その日は雪が降っていましたが、夕食はホテルから徒歩1、2分の鶴岡駅近くで済みますし、朝は朝食がホテルでとれます。駐車場は平置きですが目の前にあって助かりました。施設は新しくありませんが、料金と利便性が優位に感じ、スタッフの方々も丁寧に対応いただき、気持ちよく過ごしました。

駅前というか駅の横です。 なので宿泊した部屋は窓の外が線路でした。 列車が通るたび、音は気になりますね。 まぁ、それも旅の醍醐味と思えば味があると言えるかな… 朝食も内容は良いと思います。頑張ってる方だと思いました。美味しかったです。 残念なことは禁煙部屋が希望でしたが喫煙部屋しかなく、予約の際にagodaのサイトからホテルに要望を伝えられるとありましたので部屋の消臭をお願いしたのですが、なされてなかったのが残念でした。 まぁでも、また機会があれば利用したいと思います。

全国旅行支援を使いお世話になりました。駅からもバスターミナルにも近くよかったです。

ビジネスホテルとして、十分な内容です。温泉も付いており、サービスも申し分ありません。近くに遅くまで営業しているコンビニが無いため、不便することがあります。

加湿器が部屋にあり、肌やのどの乾燥が防げました。１階の浴場が清潔で快適でした。次回も利用したいです。
