Great choice at Wulingyuan (Zhangjiajie)”
5* star standard, room is big, spacious, and clean. Bed is so comfortable especially for resting after whole day hiking up and down the mountain. Location is in the middle of Wulingyuan town, side by side with Crown Plaza with restaurant, shops and food stalls nearby in walking distance. Tang Shifu Tujia Restaurant, one of best restaurant in town is in walkable distance. Hotel provide shuttle bus to Wulingyuan scenic area entrance which also can be reached by 20 mins walk. Other than that, WIFI was sucks, on and off especially during peak hour like 8-11pm which i assume many were using the WIFI. Although facilities are great, ambience is nice, room is a bit old, may need little renovations here and there. Overall, our stay was awesome in Pullman Zhangjiajie.

Great choice at Wulingyuan (Zhangjiajie)”

we stay here for 3 nights, locations was great, just 15min walks to zhangjiajie national park gate. foods and minimart just 10min walks. one of just two international brand hotel in wulingyuan. satisfied to stay here.staf also helped much with language problem.

excellent hotel, excellent and friendly service also by management,mostly fluently english speaking service and concierge, excellent restaurant(try the hamburger - no joke), excellent chinese and westerner breakfast, hotel directly near main entrance ( 5min taxi - rmb) , also specaial arrangements like late check out no problem, contact from outside china no problem, immediate feedback, highly to recommend for zhangjiajie, next year we will come again for 5days, we recommend pick-up-service from airport

This hotel is far from the airport. This hotel is in Wulingyuan area, near one of the entrances to the National Park. Though this hotel is far from the airport, but the view outside the hotel, in the streets, and everywhere is just majestic! You won't see that if you stay in hotels in the city. The hotel itself is superb! The facilities, the rooms, the staffs, were really great! You really won't regret staying in this hotel.

This hotel is far from the airport. This hotel is in Wulingyuan area, near one of the entrances to the National Park. Though this hotel is far from the airport, but the view outside the hotel, in the streets, and everywhere is just majestic! You won't see that if you stay in hotels in the city. We had a few nights at Pullman during our visit of Zhangjiajie’s natural wonders. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the park entrance, and is surrounded by dining options. The staff, especially the guest manager Bob, has been warm in making us feel welcome during our stay and also gave good advice. The concierge staff was also very helpful in helping us get to places and even went beyond their duties to arrange for an airport transfer at Changsha. Facilities have been well maintained, but will recommend the hotel to look into improving the efficiency of the coffee machine at the breakfast buffet. Overall, a really wonderful stay!

Pullman hotel exceeded my expectations. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Atmosphere was nice . A clean hotel too! Very near to the national forest ( some 20 minutes walk to the entrance of yuanjiajie , tianzishan etc ). Nearby many eateries. The walking street 溪布街 ( xibu jie) is not far away. Here you can find many local souvenirs and food. Overall, the staying experience was excellent. Tips: if you are unsure of how to walk by yourself, there are many temporary tour guides outside the national park to guide you at a charge.

Superb location for Wulingyuan sightseeing”
Rooms and service is fine as expected of an international 5 star chain. The breakfast was mainly Chinese, which I'm not complaining since I prefer Asian breakfast. Quality was pretty good too. Best thing about this place is the location - walking distance from Wulingyuan entrance. Whilst it's really close, we didn't walk. We had hired a car for the trip and personal guide. It's definitely more comfortable being driven than walk. Our guide Cady, and driver, Mr Wen were fantastic. They were very attentive and accommodating especially to the old people amongst us. Hence, making our trip all the more pleasurable. Both went out of their way to serve our needs. In fact, whilst the younger folks visited Wulingyuan, the driver took my parents on a separate "trip" of shopping and food. We didn't have much time in ZJJ, hence, wanted to make the most out of the 2 days. Plus, we weren't really fans of too much trekking. Cady knew all the best sites to visit, away from the crowds and with the least walking.

Pleasant stay with a great view and great hotel. just walk about 15 minutes you will find out the wulingyuan forest. The air was fresh , good for relax and refreshing. This hotel was a good suggestion for couple, family or solo traveler. I stay there for 2 night, which i found the hotel is good.

For a 5-star hotel, I expected the rooms to be a little more modern. The space itself was great, good buffet breakfast options (not much seating for group of 2-3 people though). The staff were friendly, and if they couldn't speak great English, they called another staff member over for assistance. The concierge staff were helpful in getting us car reservations throughout our trip. Room service was not great, don't order the pizza or burger. The surrounding area was nice, but not many Western restaurant choices around. It was nice that it was about a 15-minute walk to the Wulingyuan entrance of the national park. Overall, this is a comfortable choice if you want to stay somewhere close to the park entrance, it was about 40-minutes to the glass bridge and the caves. And an hour (back towards the airport) to get to the cable car/Tianmen Mt.
