Cozy and very comfortable room, with a wonderful atmosphere. Fast wifi, clean rooms and very good service. The hotel is in the best area of ​​the city on the outskirts of Tamel, where it was quiet and peaceful, unlike the central street. The price was also quite good for this area. The owner of the hotel was very kind and benevolent person, he told many interesting things about this city and helped to make a route for traveling through Nepal. Really great staff, the hotel owner and employees make sure that your experience at their place is as good as it could get. The rooms are pretty standard for a hotel in Nepal, but the provided breakfast, hospitality and hotel's location, makes it the best venue that I was staying in Nepal during my travel!

Lovely owner and staff. I was really happy to stay here. I could have very nice breakfast every morning. I recommend you guys should stay here for rest and getting information:) Best hotel ever.

Very wet and smelly room”

The service and staff was great, but I think I got the worst room in hotel. There was mold everywhere and even the windows were opened for one day, it was still smelly and wet. I should have asked for different room, because I think the rest is better, but I was too tired. The bed sheets were also not washed for some time. You can definitelly get better room for same price in Kathmandu.

Rooms are really comfortable, clean and quiet with private toilets and shower (hot water most of the time). The breakfast is complet and very good ! The location is excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again !

Not a good experience ”

I lived in a dark side of room which is wet and the sheet is obviously not clean with a foot print on it. And 2 of 3 days no hot shower and the water is very dirty. Yet considering the low price I think it might not be all that bad. But at 5am in the morning everyday during my stay, there was a woman either laughing or talking on the phone aloud and it lasted almost 20mins. I regret I made the prepaid of 3 days. I am sure the staff would be happy to help me with the broken shower or the sheet. But it would be better if I didn’t need to.

The room hadn't been cleaned after the last guest had used it. They did clean it for me however they just changed the bed sheets and didn't clean the bathroom. Didn't matter that they didn't clean the bathroom as there's no hot water. I was asked to use a different room to have my showers in. When I asked to change to that particular room they said they couldn't. It wasn't until the afternoon that I realised that other guests had been asked to use that room for their showers as well. I booked the $4 room option on Agoda but when I checked in they advised that that particular room wasn't available and I would need to pay an extra $20 for what was available. I was pretty annoyed. I arranged a Jeep to and from Syrpubesi and paid 31,000 Rupee for this service. I finished the trek early and asked to be collected a day before the arranged day, they collected me and brought me back to the Pomelo. However, on checkout they ordered I pay an extra 10,000 Rupee "emergency service". Disgusting.

Water for bathing was smelling Stinky. Just take water in hands u can feel the bad smell. There were insects in drinking water provided in the reception. No welcome drinks were provided as mentioned during booking. When asked they rejected any such agreement with Agoda. 100% Not recommended . Don't know how they got 9 customer reviews

アゴダで安いプランだったせいか部屋は狭く、外に面していないので暗く、隣の建物で工事をしていたのでうるさくてゆっくり出来なかった。
