Time & Money valuable”

Wrong place for 'banyak songeh' type of person.The staff look like not too friendly but dont misunderstood.It was their style to make client feels they stay at own home.serve yourself.sempoii and i like it.Mostly i spend 1 @ 2 nights at new town hotel as a bussiness traveller and for me overall is good.Some faulty is normal even at 5 star hotel.

I checked in at 3pm but I have to wait for 30 minutes because nobody seems interested to entertain and give me key. Never ever sidai your customer. Toilet is dirty and not flush some more and got no window as per describe. I would give 2 stars for 1 bar internet and well functioning aircond. Never come again if the price is more than RM33.
