Hotel staff were very friendly - professional and efficient The rooms were clean and roomy The air conditioner did Jot work sufficiently but the staff is took care of it on the first nite Very convenient location Walking distance from the train station The shuttle to omi - hachi bari was awestruck me !!

Front desk Hotel manager provided very bad service ”
! I am traveling alone in Japan for three months. I stayed at this hotel for a month. I got 9 pieces of luggage altogether. The hotel is only 2 minutes walk to the train station. On the day I checked out I asked the hotel manger, Mr Taniguchi, to help me take the luggage to the train station but he refused. He asked me to take a taxi or put the luggage into the lockers at the train station. He told me that there is no such kind of service from his hotel. All the other hotels in Japan will give help to the guests about luggage but this hotel manager is very unhelpful!.

Hotel manager problem ”
The hotel managers called Mr Taniguchi and Mr Ohta provided bad service to me. They are stubborn and unhelpful. I am only one person traveling and I got a lot of big luggage. The hotel is just two minutes walk to the station. I need to take the train. The two managers refused to give me help to bring the luggage to the station. They don’t even let me borrow the cart. All the other hotels in Japan can help me. But this hotel refused to do so. I stayed at this hotel one month. I spent so much money on this hotel. They just damaged the image and reputation of the hotel. I am so disappointed.

The first day, room temperature was not controllred and it was too hot & dry. But next day maintenance people came and changed setting and it was fixed.

They try to charge you because of their problem”
I have been in Japan for many times and this is the worst hotel I have ever tried. Looking is good, lobby looks good, but the service is 0. They didn't say it's a smoking room in Agoda, but they gave me a smoking room, when I argued, they charged me 1000 yen for the change of room type. It was interesting that they did not try to solve the problem but keep saying they need to charge. They stated that the room type is "smoking" for smoking room, but they did not stated anything for some types of room, which I thought it's non-smoking, but then I was wrong. They have the worst Japanese service ever. I will not come back again!

スタッフの方達の対応も良く、部屋も清潔感がありました。 ワインの飲み放題も利用させてもらいましたが、美味しかったです。 ただ、朝食をチェックイン時にお願いしましたが、サイトで記されていた金額と違い、400円ほど高かったので残念でした。

取り立てて部屋は広くもなく、新しい設備があるわけではないですが、ホテル内は、清潔でした。 駅近ですが、そばに新しいビジネスホテルが隣接しており、ビジネスマンは競合するかもしれません。
