Great location near JR Station”
At first we were a little bit lost on how to get there in the night from JR Osaka Station, but in the daylight, the place was so near the JR station. You can either walk through the bridge but no cover when it rains or below the bridge to walk to JR Osaka Station. I believe the hotel is renovated. The carpets are clean, there is no old smoke stink in the room that you expect from old hotel (it was built in 1964). The floor we have ice machine and vendo machine for a quick drink if needed. The staff are very courteous and provide great service. We will be happy to book this place again if we are staying in Osaka.

Perfect location with late check out”
This was a great base for an overnight stop in Osaka before flying out the next night to Australia. We could see the hotel as we pulled into the station - it is right next to the JR station towards the metro station. It was a little hard to find the entrance - follow the signs to the airport limousine as the entry is right next to it. We had an afternoon in Osaka and were able to check in at 3. We had a small room with 4 beds which was perfectly comfortable for our short stay. The 12 noon checkout meant we could have a relaxing morning ahead of our late night flight. We then used the airport limousine to get to the airport (it is actually a bus that goes direct from outside the hotel to the airport) so was very convenient.

This hotel have a really good location. There are direct access from subway to the hotel so i dont have to go all the way up n walk. The bus stop to the airport are right in front of it and bus from airport also stop right in front of the hotel so it was seriously perfect if u have big baggages. We happened to carry quiet a few big baggages and the executive room have quite a space for us to pack. We stayed twice here. First in standard n then executive room. Hotels room in japan are commonly more narrow so that little extra space in the executive room kinda feels like luxury seriously. They also have a repack room near check in counter where we can weight our luggage it was life saver. Satisfied!

Room is too small”
Room is too small for couple. No space for your luggage,, it won’t fit under your bed. Service is great, every day they will give you bottle of water and refill all the toiletries., staff are nice and helpful. Location is great, walking distance to Osaka train station, restaurants, mall and airport bus shuttle. Overall this hotel is excellent . Maybe next time I will request for a bigger room.

Do not get Japanese style room if you are not used to”
The hotel is very easy to find and can walk to many nice shopping and eating locations. However, we have a room of Japanese room with western bed (a hybrid with beds and tatami) and would recommand get a triple room for three person. The Japanese room with western beds can sleep three but feel small and not everyone like to sleep near floor.

Wonderful Summer Vacation”
I stayed at this hotel for 6 days with my teenager children.. First of all, the location was absolutely superb. The airport bus stopped at the hotel's doorstep, which was very convenient. For sight-seeing, the Umeda station can be directly reached via hotel's lower ground coridor. We tried dinner buffet but the food was just ok, lots of variety but the quality so so. There were multiple restaurants on premise but there are much more variaty in restaurants right the next building with much more competitive price, so no shortage in options. The general interior and decoration are dated however well-kept. I upgraded the room to executive level of which had much more attractive decoration and floorplan. The upgrade cost was very reasonable. I would recommend it. We enjoyed Osaka very much and the choice of hotel contributed to it very much.

I will not book with Agoda again as you did not actually assist me with resolving an issue I had. I needed an additional night to my stay, I called and spoke with a representative who said she would resolve the issue. I also received a email confirmation. However upon my arrival, the issue was not resolved. The hotel in Japan assisted me.

Love the area”
It is very convenient. With shopping mall and restaurants around the area. There is also direct limousine bus to and fro the Kansai airport. Mostly important 2 different train station around the area. I cannot ask for a better hotel to stay in Osaka.

Cannot beat the location”
This hotel is just beside where you take airport bus. And very easy access to different railway station and Osaka subway. I will highly recommand for anyone who visit this city for the first time, especially if your flight arrives late or leaves early.

Location is more than 5 stars”
Located on the upper floor of Hankyu railway, I can hop on the train to Kyoto downstairs. There is a big drugstore and a street with loads of food. There are loads of large shopping centres nearby. The room is big enough for my large luggage to fully open. The room is clean and tidy. However, I am not a fan of the blanket as they create noises everytime I move.

It’s really convenience to go anywhere, airport bus station is next to the hotel, just need to walk a few mins to ride a subway, no need to concern any food near by, because around the hotel, there still have many restaurant are open until mid-night, i will choose this hotel if I next time go to Osaka again

Excellent location as what had reviewed by all the customers. Easy access to public transports, walking distance to subway (Umeda) and Osaka station for JR. Airport shuttle bus service to terminal 1 and 2 (every 15 mins) available just outside of the hotel at 1550 yen for adults. Many eateries, and shopping malls surrounding this hotel. Room is slightly small but I am fine with it. Hotel staff can speak English, very helpful and attentive.
