Last stop before flight, worst experience ever. ”
My sister and I stayed here before we her last day in Taiwan. The hotel was near Ximending and the metro station so it was convenient for us. We walked a lot so having the hotel near the metro was a ++. It was my second time staying here. The hotel now has self check-in machines and I had a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE since it was new. Some machines were not functioning well, some machines were crashing, some did not have the needed data, guests didnt know how to use it, all in all, IT WAS CHAOS at the lobby. It would have been much faster if the staff checked us in themselves as it would have been much faster. It took me and my sister AT LEAST AN HOUR to check in. We arrived early but they wouldnt let us have an early check in. So we had to wait at the lobby with the rest who arrived early. When it was check in time, the reception area was crowded with people. And the self check in MADE IT WORSE. My sister and I wasted around 2 hours in the lobby. After my sister and I finally managed to check in, we went to our room. OF COURSE, the elevators were crowded and had a long line. When we entered our room, we realized it WAS NOT THE ROOM WE BOOKED. So I had to go down, line up and REPEAT EVERYTHING AGAIN. This time, there were even more people at the lobby trying to get to reception. The staff were nice though, I dont blame them. It's just that their system was terrible. And it was more chaotic since they were short staffed, the security personnel had to come in and help.

Loving the laundry room at level 6 of the building so that we do not need to bring too many dirty clothes home. The room is huge and clean although this is just a 3-star hotel as per Google! The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Good location, quick access to MRT”
Check-in process has been converted to self-service kiosk. Checked-in process was really fast. Room was clean and toilet has automatic bidet.

Hotel that is value for money!”
First time staying in this hotel (was staying at another hotel in the same location) but Exit 4 of Ximen station is just directly behind the hotel! Plus the hotel is more like 4-5 stars which means one can be assured of its quality of stay. The breakfast spread is also fantastic and we will choose the same hotel again!

Clean hotel although it’s only 3stars. Location is superb. Exit 4, or 5, just walk like 2mins and you will reach hotel. Breakfast selection also not bad although will be abit sian after eating the same food selection for few nights. Daily there is make up room service, so deeply appreciated.

Excellent location near ximen mrt ”
Hotel is situated at an excellent location, just steps from ximen mrt and opp ximending. It was really easy to travel via mrt to different parts of taipei. Room size was decent for 4 pax. Bathroom was a tad small with a poor design for shower area ( combined w the bathtub, which makes it inconvenient to climb in and out ). The screen was narrow which makes water splash onto the floor when U shower. Housekeeping was good, gave us a nicely tidied up room with new slippers every day. WiFi was really poor though. Could hardly download any images /videos. Minus the WiFi, the rest was good.

Hotel is located just a 5minute walk distance from the popular Ximending night market, and most importantly the train station is also located just next to it. Everything is accessible & convenient. Highly recommended 👍🏻

May not be the cheapest rooms but no regrets about the place. Would definitely consider going back again. The one small niggling thing for me is the coffee cups in the hotel was smaller than usual, and I actually bought Starbucks coffee cups for my 3-in-1 hot drinks to enjoy during my stay, lol.

Sound proofing needs to improve. As I stayed on 2nd floor bed was just next to window and can hear people talking along the road in the wee hours. The toiilet water pressure was good

The hotel is located in strategy area ie Ximending. So convenient and near to MRT station. Only thing have to improve is the sound proofing and curtain.

Amazing Stay”
Love this hotel and this room type. It is my second time staying! 1) Amazing location - Conveniently located at Ximending 2) Good room size - Plenty of space to walk around - with a seating area and a proper toilet 3) Good heating, comfortable bed- pillow too soft and flat but I was able to request 2 additional pillows. 4) Love the toilet - Came with bathtub. Shower head was movable. Toilet seats came with bidet and heating 5) No need adaptors for power (For SG) 6) Housekeeping is friendly 7) Self check in / out - I still prefer having staff help with that- as I could really use some flexibility with getting the room (ie requesting for rooms on same floor even though we booked separately)
