Le Lerts Living A good place to stay in the centre of Khon Kaen Located in the heart of Khon Kaen's commercial centre, Le lerts Living is convenient in every respect, offering ample parking facilities and comfortable rooms with a market, shops and restaurants just a short stroll away. The rooms are comfortable with a large flat-screen TV and there is also enough space to sit down in front of a notebook computer off to the side. Open for just a few months when we stayed there in mid-2013, the room was very clean and well-maintained and when we opted to extend our stay for another night the staff asked if we would like the sheets changed on our beds. We said this would not be necessary, but the offer reflected a good level of attention to customer care by the management. The hotel staff were also kind enough to print a map for us that we had downloaded on our computer.

Hotel Le Lerts Living was a nice hotel and I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay a few days in Khon Kaen. The rooms were clean, and the staff were helpful and friendly

Brand new & convenient hotel”

this hotel is very close to the air con bus station (5 to 10 min by walk). it is brand new and very clean which makes it very pleasant to stay. the staff is very nice and helpful. wifi is also working properly. when i come back to khon kaen i will definitely go back to this hotel!

Amazing value, funky decor and super helpful staff”

We hadn't expected to stay much more that one night in Khan Kaen but this incredible hotel had us hooked on their service, room quality and great coffee from the first night. A family run operation - mom, dad and daughter went out of their way to help us navigate the city. The rooms were brand new with lovely decor, big tv, good quality a/c and nice bed. As Canadians we are used to our daily dose of caffeine and this hotel had an amazing iced latte that we indulged in perhaps far too often. If you decide to treat yourself, dive right into any of the cakes made by the daughter. Every one we tried was delicious. Akua

New hotel, good location”

The hotel seemed to be quite new. It is near the bus terminal, but the taxi driver has had difficulties to find it. There is a car park at the hotel. I stayed only 1 night in Khon Kaen and cannot say much about it. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was big enough and clean, also the shower, the internet was good.

no frills, clean rooms, close to bus station, not a bad place to stay if passing through khon kaen for the night. big parking lot for those with their own transportation. when in khon kaen, definitely head to the night market for dinner.

The Hotel Le Lerts Living is an unusual hotel because of the attention the staff gives in such a pleansant way. Nothing is neglected and if you do not see what you need, just ask. This is a speciality type hotel run by the owners and they make every effort to accomidate your needs.

New & centrally located...”

We had seen Le Lerts previously and decided to book a few days on this trip. We liked and were familiar with the location and it was new. The price was better than a lesser hotel we had stayed at before. Upon arrival we were given a room where the air was not cooling properly, and the friendly staff promply changed our room. The only issue we had was that when we left the roomthe power goes off in the room and the items we had in the refrigerator got warm and once attracted ants to our food. The staff was friendly and we think with a few minor tweeks, this could be a nice stay. It is very basic though. No pool but near transportation (Baht bus, tuk-tuk, taxi and bus terminal are very close.

It's a low cost hotel, and for the price it's good. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Only bad thing is it's a little hard to find. Best to tell the tuk tuk driver to go to the bussarakham hotel, as they are familiar with that one. Le Lerts is in an alley right across the street.

Small family run hotel in Khon Kaen ”

Very standard hotel with affordable room prices. OK location but prepare for some walking to more interesting areas of Khon Kaen.

Excellent hotel and great staff”

The hotel was very clean and modern and the staff and owner where excellent we had 3 rooms booked for our party of 5 and everyroom was of a high standard the hotel has parking at the front and a lovely coffee shop at the front too that also serves food only down fall was it is a little hard to find as it is positioned down a very small side road but i would certainly stay there again excellent value for money.

nice developed town with a local thaifeeling”

I arrived from Laos with a bus and found the hotel with some help by walking from the busstation. The hotel is a good option and value for the money I paid. I was lucky arriving a saturday when the big nightmarket close to the university was on! I found a lot of stuff, that I did not see anywhere else. And to half the price of what is normal around already very cheap Thailand! In the morning I took a walk around town and found many modern restaurants and coffee shops. I do like the city a lot. There is a brandnew huge shoppingcenter close to the railway station. Check it out!

Pretty room”

The hotel is pretty, it has a very big parking. The room is really clean and nice decorated. The hotel is located in the center of the town. Big nice n comfortale room.

Nice place at great price”

I stayed here with my two children (4 and 9) We enjoyed it. It was easy to find, comfortable, and price was good too. It was nearby many places for shopping and it is off the main road so not too noisy. I would definitely stay here again.

Three important C's : comfortable, cheap, and clean”

The hotel has clean rooms and the price is right. The staff were helpful and friendly. There was sufficient parking and the shower had good water pressure. The only issue we had at the hotel was the outdated menus in the rooms. We wanted to order some fresh coffee, which was on the menus, but once I went downstairs to order it I was told they no longer had espressos or americanos any longer. We had to settle for 20 baht instant coffee.

Excellent hotel. Rooms are cheap, spacious and clean with firm beds. Quiet area,yet in the middle of town, many foodstalls, restaurants and a couple of good coffeeshops around.

Cleaan and quite”

There was nothing wrong with this hotel. Best part was the hot water. The location could be hard to find but using my GPS on the phone, took me right there. Not much in the way of food but in the morning they provided coffee and toast. Bars are near the Pullman hotel and it was just a 5 minute drive to get there.
