Wonderful rooms, great location, great staff”
Very central location, at walking distance from the City Hall. The hotel is located on the 11th floor of a luxurious sky scraper. The room was excellent, very clean with a great view. You can control the room temperature yourself. Everything you need is there: hair dryer, plenty of shampoo, conditioner, kettle, coffee, tea, fridge, smart toilet with electric bidet function, hairbrush, slippers, even night gowns. The staff is super helpful and take their time to help you out with directions, taxi, etc... The beds are super comfortable, just what you need after a long flight. Can definitely recommend.

This hotel is close to the most attraction. Easy to access with subway. Walking distance to the underground shopping. A lot of food stall around the hotel. BUT, i don't know why the taxi driver cannot detect the hotel name. It take some time for us to reach a hotel from Mapo. Overall, *Room- small *Location - close to most shopping area and landmark * Staff- very Friendly & good service ❤️

Love everything abt this hotel. Good sized rooms & so comfortable! Thoughtful details like the sleeping shirt/robe, bath salts & amenities. Liked that the WC (with bidet) is separate fm the bathroom. Location is great - 10 min walk to Myengdong & Namdemun Market just 5min fm the hotel.

The room is very clean and neat, near with city hall station and bus stop.. there are a lot restaurant nearby the hotel.. the room have a bathtub and the best part about japanese hotel that i like is they separate toilet and shower area..

Hotel Gracery set our expectations of the hotels we had for our trip. The rest did not meet them and so we gladly forfeited our other hotel booking and rebooked a 2nd stay with them. One huge pet peeve I have is when hotels do not allow for the air conditioning to be switch on during winter months and all you are left with is the stale air and musty smell of the room. But you will not experience that here. Not only was the air-conditioning switched on, the hotel provided a humidifier in the room. Such a blessing! The split toilet and bath is helpful when travelling with others. It is the few hotels with triple sharing. While the room is compact, it had plenty and made the stay a pleasant one.

Excellent location and helpful front desk staff ”
I stayed 5 nights there and it was peaceful for the most part. Some neighbours were chatting at midnight and I could hear the noise through the walls. Room was smaller than expected but worked well for one person. Bathroom is huge. Good breakfast including Korean food items. Lots for the housekeeping team to improve tho. They didn’t replenish anything on the cleaning day which I only requested once during my stay. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. They offered compensation for something that was not properly handled by the housekeeper and also booked a taxi for me. I would recommend this hotel and consider returning in the future.

We were trying to book a restaurant for birthday celebration but the booking website was all in korean We went to the front desk for help and Miss Lee was such an angel. She help us to book via the Web but something happen and we couldn't then in order to solve our problem she called the restaurant and make the reservation for us. We were so touch by her extra effort and willing to go rhe extra miles

Compared to most Japanese chained business hotels, rooms in Gracery are more spacious. I especially like the floor to ceiling window with a city view. Location is superb too with a convenient store next door and lots of eateries and cafes nearby. 2 minutes walk to bus stops. 7 to 10 minutes walk to City Hall or Namdaemun metro stations. I enjoyed my stay so much that I extended twice.

Great location within easy walking distance to City Hall, Myeongdong and many other places. Lotsa eateries in the vicinity of the hotel. Hotel staff are very courteous and helpful, in particular, Hyounwoo Kim, who’d helped to get dinner as on-arrival PCR result was not out yet. Hotel is also very clean. Will stay here again as it’s not in a busy area but has all the conveniences and more.

Compact but cozy”
-The location is good, surrounded with lots of food and local restaurants. convenient stores nearby and CU just on the ground of the hotel - walk within 5 mins to City Hall station ( but there are no escalators at this station) - I prefer using bus, it’s very convenient coz there are a bus stop right in front of hotel - If coming from Seoul Station with luggages, better take taxi from there . Not recommend taking a subway coz there are no escalators nor elevators - The hotel staffs are very helpful , they help us booked a big taxi to Seoul Station when we checked out

Room was small but well equipped with a bathtub, bidet, ionizer. Location was good with food street just outside the hotel. Starbucks at the ground level of hotel, a good start to your day with a cuppa. Walking distance to Myeondong. Near the train station as well. Good hotel!

Value hotel in Seoul”
I have stayed in many hotels in Seoul, but I found the differences at Hotel Gracery Seoul at such a price, especially newly built. The room is spacious and provides bathtub and a chair for showering, especially good for older people. Very good strategic location with many restaurants and cafes surrounded and walking distance to train station (7mins to city hall) and (10mins to seoul station).

Was a little taken aback at first because of the rally going on but hotel staff was kind to allow us to choose our room facing as they understand the noise from the rally may affect our stay. The hotel is clean and decent. A little small for the room type that I have booked. But I will recommend hotel gracery for sure!

This hotel is close to a street that has many local restaurants, where you can see many businesswomen/men are having fun. The staff were friendly and nice. The room is small but cozy. The bathtub is nice as there are free bathing powder that will be replenished everyday, as well as the water and stuff. Overall, it is a good stay and would definitely recommend people to come here to spend their days in Seoul!
