The building exterior is really beautiful and I love it. As soon as I entered the hotel room, I was impressed by how clean and well-organized it was. It was really convenient to have separate toilet, shower, and sink. The bathroom, shower, and terrace were all clean! The bed was also much bigger and more comfortable than I expected. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and I appreciated their attention to my requests. It was really nice to chat, take photos, and enjoy food while looking at the sky on the terrace. The hotel is conveniently located in the city, making it easy to get to the terminal, Gangneung Station, and the central market. There are also cafes, convenience stores, bakeries, pharmacies, and Olive Young nearby, which is great. However, the only downside is that all the terraces are connected and the terrace doors that are connected to other rooms are not locked, as they are used as emergency exits. It's understandable that they can't be locked because they are emergency exits, but it still makes me feel uneasy when staying with other women! It's important for terrace room guests to lock the glass door that connects to the room!! Still, it was a very satisfying hotel. I recommended it to my acquaintances and I would love to stay here again in the future~~*^^*

The hotel is located in the city center, so there is no view. Personally, I think the hotel facilities inside are more important than the view. The room was clean and spacious, so it was very good.

금요일부터 월요일까지 일때문에 묵었는데 너무 좋았어요. 푹신한 침대 넉넉한 베게, 깔끔한 어메니티도 너무 좋았던 곳입니다. 밖에 조금만 나가면 먹거리도 많아 밥먹을때 고르기 너무 편했던 곳이었어요. 금요일에 묵었던 곳의 보일러가 잘 작동되지 않아 추워서 옮겨주신 방에서 이틀 따뜻하게 지내다 왔어요. 단지, 금요일에 묵을 당시 프론트에 계신 여자분은 대처가 많이 미흡해 보였습니다. 다음날 미팅이 있어 머리가 젖는게 싫어 헤어캡요구를 했는데 칼같이 없다해서 밤9시30분에 나가 올리브영에서 샀거든요. 게다가 몇가지더 요구했는데 별도움이 안되었던거 같아요. 다음날 바꿔주신 룸엔 헤어캡이 떡하니 있어 많이 황당했어요. 제가 느끼기에 다 퇴근해서 혼자 근무하기에 움직이기 힘들어 그렇게 말할 수 있었는데 다음근무자는 어떻게든 해결해주시려고 노력하는 모습이 더 대조됬어요. 그래서 별하나 뺍니다~ 다른건 불만없어요. 하루의 피로를 풀기에 욕조도 좋았고. 거실과 침대에 있는 TV 두대로 남편과 원하는 방송 안싸워서 좋았구요. 침구가구 모두 관리가 잘되어 있었어요.
