very cheap, good value for the price”
Hotel was very cheap and pretty clean, front desk people were very helpful. Modern hotel as well, only problem was we had a cockroach in our room which freaked my GF out a little. It's Asia though, so I wouldn't say it's as a big deal as it would have been in say northern Europe. For the money and if you need to stay in the area for a night I'd stay again if money was short. No restaurant/breakfast facilities, not even a water boiler.

Worst management I had ever met. I had booked and paid earlier. I had even called to double confirm one day earlier. They just ignored me since it's agoda booking. The day when I arrived to check in. The two male receptionist said there was no room. They did not reserve room for agoda booking. They even requested me to go others hotel. After some arguments, they manage to let us stay into a room which was booked by others as well. I wonder how would they settle for those who check in late.. Btw, rooms are neat and clean, not as bad as others' review.. Air con is functioning well. Bathroom is hygiene except the sink is leaking. Overall is good except the management...

comfortable bed. Hotel did not reserve the room I book, refunded the $ difference for a downgrade. had to make do, as No choice, needing a place to rest. Room was not ready, and have to wait for them to clean up and dry the floor that is still wet. After feedback, staff quickly help to dry up and is Ok la.

new built and clean. basic facility like complimentary waters and wifi available. easy to get food, massage nearby. do not have slippers in the room. boiler for the centered shower system is a failure, water was either too hot or too cold. sunlight gets into the bed room very early. overall its still alright for one to two days business trip stay.

Value for money but not friendly hotel”
My stay was very comfortable but there's much room for improvement. However, firstly I find the staff not friendly for the first impression. No greeting was given at any time. Secondly, one of the towels provided was torn and the hot water shower was not hot. Thirdly,it's stated on the booking page that check-out until 1.00pm but extension hour is at RM10.00 but I checked out at 2.00pm and was charged RM20.00 instead of RM10.00. Finally, it's also stated online there's valet parking / parking on site, however parking was very difficult as it's a very busy business area. The staff did not ask if I had any parking neither did they get my car no.

Convenient location with many shophouses around ”
The staff was helpful, able to attend to me very fast. I find the rooms were a bit small whereas that the toilet was too big but overall the stay was pleasant.

Problem with room key, noisy, slimy toilet”
We had to go back to the reception to change the room card a few times. The toilet in our room was so dark, the light was so dim that you will think you're in a night club. And after changing to another room due to room access card problem, the toilet floor was kind of slimy... And at night, it was so noisy that my 14 month old daughter have trouble sleeping... Have stayed in a lot of budget hotel before, but this is so far the worst.

The hotel just nice. Beside the hotel have a local kopitiam which sell bak kut teh. The taste is not bad. Need10 min frive to nearest shopping mall. The cleaniness is average.

Terrible customer service”
nothing good about this hotel other than the location The customer service were bad. Requested for toilet paper, instead the receptionist ask me to go to the ground floor toilet to use it. Never had i experience a hotel that ask their customer to use the hotel's public toilet when we already paid for the hotel room. Very dissatisfied with this matter.

Stay away, not worth any money”
It's not relatively cheap but it was so below expectation. Not as what you see in the photo. Dodgy and shady hotel, if you dont have a guy with you you would probably not dare go in. Smelly and stuffy, dont think they did any maintenance.
