Very Nice Hotel with Good Value”

The room is big, compared to the other hotels in the Taipei Main Station or Ximenting. Also, it is very clean and convenient with many choices of places to eat for a reasonable price. I quite like the Banqiao District, because of the transportation convenience, and there is the famous X'mas lightings near to the Hotel Cham Cham. The staff is very helpful. I have arranged for the Free Shuttle Bus pick up at the Taipei Main Station, and the transit is smooth. I will come back again for this hotel. If your are looking for a spacious annd clean room with good food in the surrounding area, I would highly recommend Hotel Cham Cham to you.

Excellent staffs and room!”

My mom and I spent one night at Hotel Cham Cham and felt it was one of the finest hotels people could find in the Banqiao area. Helpful and polite staffs and good hotel room. The location is great too. It nears the Mega City Shopping Mall, the New Taipei City Hall, the Banqiao Railway and High Speed Train Station and MRT. I would highly recommend Hotel Cham Cham to my friends and people who need to spend a night in Banqiao, Net Taipei City.

Perfect hotel”

Had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Stayed at the 20th floor. The staff were helpful and accommodating. New hotel with modern facilities. Accessible to any kind of transportation such as bus, mrt, even bikes for rent. Quiet neighborhood. It exceeded my expectation. The place was perfect. Highly recommended. Will definitely stay again in this hotel when I visit Taipei in the future! No complaints because everything was perfect. Thank you Hotel Cham Cham, had the best time!

Hotel Cham Cham best of hotel I even stay. Nice hotel , staff very friendly, service was good 👍 room was very clean specially like bathroom & toilet was separated. Space of room is good depend on how many person u stay. Like room facing view was very pretty nice . Breakfast was good too. Overall can say EXCELLENT .👍👏 will be back. Underrated hotel away from central Taipei”

Visited in Oct 2019. Hotel has the bare minimum (no pool, no gym) I need for my trip which mostly revolves travelling out to other areas in Taipei. + Toilet has a bidet + Both a shower and tub is present + TV channels were from a TV box and were more than adequate. + Hotel and rooms have a modern design + Attentive staff who replaced the shower and soap when we're almost done with it + Halloween decorations + blood (tomato) juice available at reception Conveniently located near Banqiao station which has 3 main lines - HSR, TRA and Taipei Metro. Makes it easy to get to airport via HSR (+1 transfer onto the Airport Line) and to Taipei Main Station. Located on the Blue Taipei Metro line, Ximen is just a few stops away. Breakfast is not an issue as there is a shop that sells cheap traditional Taiwanese breakfast right opposite the hotel. 2 Family Marts located beside the Hotel and a larger one located in Banqiao station which sells all the souvenir that you need (e.g. ChiaTe)

Very convenient location! ”

I tried out Cham Cham as I wanted to be near the Christmas decorations and it turned out to be a great decision! Firstly, there is easy access to the HSR, train and metro. Eslite is just a 5 minutes walk away which is great if you like to hang out at the bookstore. There are also several Family Mart and 7-11 outlets nearby. The Christmas decorations were really pretty but be mindful, human traffic can be quite high. However, just one street away from the hustle bustle, Cham Cham is like the quiet oasis you can retreat into after jostling with the crowd.

Good value for an alternative choice to taipei”

At the price we paid, we decided to stay away from Taipei proper just to experience more local areas, and being a few stations away from Taipei (Ximen and Main Station), it's literally 10 mins away on the MRT so it's as if you're still in the 'city'. We loved it as it's situated in a local area which had no touristy crowd much, and also relatively close to the MRT station. During the day you could walk through the Cesar Hotel (sister hotel right behind it) and go through the covered walkbridges to get to Banqiao train station in which then you can get through to the MRT station. The local and longhaul buses, HSR are also connected in a 3 block radius. We took the 1962 airport bus at 135TWD pp, easy. Plenty of food and shopping around (malls and street shopping) and about a 15 walk to the Nanya night market, which i also find big enough to not having to push through crowded night markets in Taipei. The hotel is very new and the hardware is amazingly good and well thought out.

Fabulous hotel”

This is our first time staying in a hotel that is at Banqiao area. We usually stays around XiMenDing or Taipei Main Station. But this time round, it was a last minute babymoon trip with my husband and 5 yo son. The hotel is very new and clean. Love the room and actually love the idea that the sink is outside the bathroom and toilet room. It really help saves time, so hubby could bath while i get my facial stuff done outside. The staffs are friendly and helpful, many a times they help to get the taxi for us, make sure it reaches outside before coming in to the lobby to lead us out. Really appreciated the gesture. The location is good, 2 local breakfast shop opposite the hotel, with many Family Marts within walking distance. Diagonally opposite the hotel, is a shopping mall with a food court on the 12th floor and restaurants on the 13th floor. It is also just 5 mins walk away from Banqiao metro which is located at the back of the hotel, next to the bus terminal with direct bus to Jiufen!

Best Hotel in Taipei”

Amazing staffs who were friendly and polite. Always keeping a lookout at the lobby for guests. Room is always clean and tidy. Far exceeded my expectations for a hotel at this price. Thank you to the Staff and Management of Hotel Cham Cham.

Best location / New way to visit taipei”

This hotel is a new way to explore Taipei. Just step away from Banqiao station by skywalk. It means so convenient to see things around Taipei. There are also shopping district further that walkable- or crossing the road to the newly opened shopping mall. The room was over expectations with great service from staff. There is also a bathtub available that can give you relax time after 20,000+ steps walking around too.

Great value for $$ hotel”

The hotel is pretty new and I love the look and feel of the room. The room is spacious enough for luggages, the bathtub is big enough and have space to put some items nearby. I also like the sofa seat next to the bed which is a good place for reading a book :) For the price, it is totally worth it. While it is 5 train stations away from Taipei main station, Banqiao itself have train station (both normal train and high speed train), metro and a bus interchange as well. Will absolutely consider staying there next time when I go taipei.

Hotel Cham Cham is considered one of the new hotels in Banqiao. Room is clean and as shown in pictures. Facilities are complete. Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. Hotel is 7 to 9 minutes walk from Banqiao MTR, TRA/HSR and bus stations. Close proximity to shopping malls and convenient store.

Superb experience”

The staff completely bowled us over, one of the best I've come across in all our stays over the past few years. They helped with planning our trips during the day, made suitable recommendations on how to get about given we had a 5 yr old & an infant. Provided umbrellas when it was raining. The room is spacious and comfortable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again if I went back to Taipei. I wasn't expecting much from this location, given Banqiao looked far out from the happening Taipei centre. But its a great location, with the THSR and TRA stations along with metro within a short walk.

Amazing stay but a little expensive”

This has to be one of the best quality hotels I stayed in the vicinity with the lowest price. It is linked by an outdoor elevator down to the walkway linking to the Banqiao transport hub. The hotel is in fact nearer to the government offices. Initially, it was a little difficult to locate, especially I had my luggage with me. Check in was a little slow as I only saw one counter available. Room was posh and new, with the toilet and shower areas separated. Toiletries and daily mineral water bottles were provided. Beds and air-conditioning were comfortable. This hotel also seems to be part of the Caesar Hotel group. I will definitely book this hotel when I am coming to Banqiao again.

Convenient. Clean. Comfortable”

Pros - friendly staff. New hotel, so all the furniture & linen etc all new & crisp. Very near to banqiao railway, metro, bus station which makes transit to other cities easy. Banqiao area itself is less crowded xompared to Cons - banqiao itself is a little further away from other taipei sightseeing area,so an additional 15min or so is needed for the extra travelling time. However, it is coveninent if you plan to go south towards taichung etc as banqiao is nearer. Cleanliness wise - although generally clean, however on the arrival I noticed the toilet bowl seat had stains and I had to clean it up/ sterilized it myself before using!
