Breakfast taste is not bad, but suggest to be improved. It would be nice if the hotel provides the Tour package as well one day tour, two days tour, etc. For low budget tour, suggest to use bus to reach the tourist spots. Only 200 Kyatt everywhere you go. Bring map and hotel address card to help and guide you to ask to local people and going back to hotel. Some peopke can speak english if you are lucky when asking the location but all Myanmar people are generally friendly, helpfull, and nice people. From hotel Azure to airport take two times buses, Total only 700 Kyatt. By taxi from hotel Azure 10.000 Kyatt but depend on your bargain.

Good staffs, clean room - Amazing value for price!”

Staffs: Staffs are young but very kind and helpful. There is always English speaking staff at the front desk. Room: Very clean, looks like recently renovated. Hot shower, clean bathroom with basic toiletries and 2 bottles of complimentary drinking water provided daily. Daily housekeeping with good quality. In-house facilities: Currently they don't have restaurants in the hotel, but there are several local restaurants/shops nearby including a nice bakery cafe. Access: the hotel is in Bagaya St., Sanchaung district, which is not the very center of Yangon but still has fair access to central Yangon and major touristic sites. From the airport you can take Grab taxi, which will be around 6000 kyatts (4 USD). Totally satisfied with 6 nights stay and amazing value for the price. Only complaint is fridge - whole electricity will be turned off if you take out the key card; you cthannot keep frozen foods and there was water condensed in the fridge

Best hotel I stayed in while in Myanmar’s ”

This hotel was the best hotel I stayed in while on holiday in Myanmar. They were running a promotion since they are renovating so I got a great deal. Only $14 US. Usually $35. The hotel was super clean with a friendly staff. Although they don’t speak much English. With the little English they knew they were able to help me get to the Golden rock temple. They were so kind and generous. The room was impeccable. The most comfortable bed I’ve slept in, in at least a year while traveling across Southeast Asia for the past 3 years. Cold AC, hot shower, 2 bottles of free water, and 2 free coffee packets. No free breakfast. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and a farmers market. Also full of shopping. It’s only a 25 minute walk to the famous Swedagon temple. People’s Park, and the Thai Embassy if you are getting a visa for Thailand. Highly recommend. Even when they go back to their regular pricing.

Nice and fresh hotel perfectly located in Sanchaung”

The hotel is quite new and has a very modern and fresh look. The room was a bit small but the view on the 7th floor was amazing. Probably the best option for this price in this area of Yangon, possibly even in the entire Yangon. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and they helped organize a bus ticket for me. I would definitely come back and stay here another time.

Really love to stay Hotel Azure with my family ... comfortable mattress with 2 pillows and the room is big and clean ... it is better if the light in the floor level on in dark weather 😉 ... next time will book this hotel too ... thk u 😊

Facility:very clean, high pressure of hot water, comfortable bed and spacious room with good furniture. Service: hotel staffs are all kind and smiling Food: wide variety of breakfast. Location: lively downtown, interesting town watching is possible There is no other choice to choose a hotel in Yangon for my next trip.

Room:We stayed in Suite with city view. Very spacious and bed is comfortable. Bath room is clean and well equipped. Both hot and cold water is available any time. Location: Very easy to hail a taxi or call Grab. If you want to explore the city in public transport, bus stop is right at the door step. 10 mins drive to Shwe Dagon Pagoda and Junction City Shopping Mall etc.. Breakfast: Adequate if you are not a picky eater. Toast, porridge and traditional Myanmar breakfast is served every morning. Nothing special but no compliant. Staff: Polite. Check out took some times as staff needs to check the room. It can be improved. Noise: If you are sensitive to noise, request for higher floor. We could sleep through the night very well. Yangon city wakes up as early as 6 am in the morning. So there will be noises from vehicles on the road. Wifi: Signal is good.

Best sleep in a year”

After traveling across SE Asia for 3 years, this is one of the best places I stayed in. They were running a promotion as they were renovating. So I got a sweet deal. Normal price is $33. The beds were like clouds. Super clean room. AC, Hot Water, TV , which I dont use. No windows, but I needed sleep so I liked the darkness. Lots of different lighting options. The staff spoke little English but were able to help me get to my destinations anyway. Amazing laundry service including ironing. Close to shopping and only 1 mile to the Swedagon Temple. Highly recommend.

This is a new hotel and it's in a great neighborhood. If you wish to walk to Shwedagon pagoda and the National Museum in Yangon, this would be the place to stay.

Exceptional”

The hotel is im excellent condition (everything in our room was brand new). We arrived with a night bus from Bagan at 7am at the hotel. Our room was not ready then, so they gave us an upgrade into a better room at no additional cost at 7am. We were super thankful for this and did not expect it at all :)! The breakfast buffet is huge and very good!

I am quite impressed with the hotel’s design as it seems to answer all my needs. The little thing like the plug and light switch right in front of the bed is so convenient where you don’t need to stretch to turn off when you ready to sleep or you can watch your mobile on bed while charging the battery thru the plug. Hotel WiFi is also acceptable but I hate the way that I have to sign-in every time coming back to the room...this can be improved then.

New hotel, good quality and cheap price”

Comfortable room, wifi , reasonable price.Near to Swedagon pagoda. Thre are many restaurants arround the hotel. Even though location is not in downtown but it is no problem .We can take taxi to anywhere with reasonable price too.

Great new hotel”

This is a great hotel - brand new. There were signs saying that construction was still happening but we weren't overly bothered by the news. I would definitely stay again. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean.

Good venue with room for improvement”

In the breakfast there was stuff missing often. But the staff was good and caring. But I felt tired after so many times telling them what is missing in the buffet. I do not like to tell people how to do their jobs. In the corridor there is some terrible repetitive music that could be heard in my room. Please stop it. I could not rest with that creepy music. Still bouncing in my head. Receptionist unprofessional and untrained. I wanted to extend my stay one night and said I need to go to another room. But the hotel was almost empty. Also they price on site is a rip off. Usually on site should be cheaper than in Agoda because they avoid the fees to Agoda. But they are so greedy that want to charge you more on site.

Nice and clean”

Better location than downtown, which is full of rats. This neighbourhood is OK and from there you can go everywhere. The hotel looks like new and the room have all you can need.

New and Nice”

The hotel is quiet new. Staff are friendly and helpful. Some areas such as dining room and kitchen are still under construction so the hotel offers no breakfast and you can't order any food. The rooms are very nice, clean and comfortable, and the hotel facilities are above average. Overall OK.

The hotel is on a Main street and with lots of stuff around so the area is good and not far with taxi to china town. Hotel itself was nice and clean and was just what you need during your stay

Upscale hotel, wonderful staff, clean”

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. It was clean and what we needed. We moved rooms once because there was an awful smell coming from the bathroom. The windows are single pane so expect to hear dog fights at 3am, and a chorus of dogs howling in the middle of the night. The staff are so nice -we can’t say enough nice things about them-and the breakfast is great! Rice, noodles, eggs, toast. Download grab and take grab taxis from this location to places. Walk in the back streets and discover some good restaurants. WiFi works good but you need to keep turning it on every time you open your phone. AC worked really well as well. We would stay here again. Just not in 207 because of the smell.

NEW and clean”

The hotel was pretty new. Some parts are still under construction when we arrived. I had major hiccups when I needed to more than an hour to check in because they still need to wait for the previous guests to check out, though it was already past the standard check in time. I already raised it to them, and they apologized. The hotel promised to provide better services in the future. Apart from that, the experience was pretty comfortable. Because the hotel is new, you may find it hard to pin the location when booking with Grab Taxi. There are convenience store, a grocery, and a mall nearby.
