First man staff (age around 20s) i met, he can't speak english. I want check whether my booking is confirmed and when continue asking him, he chase us out of the hotel, shout "Out.... Out". When actual date of check-in, they transfer us to cheaper hotel, reason "Room Water leaking". Terrible hotel staff. Hotel management shall look into it.

“Location and cost”
The location is excellent, just off the main drag, coffee, shops, mini market & restaurants, less than a minute away. Tours & seafront a couple of minutes away. The price we paid for ushuaia, you would only get a room in a house, that would cost the same. It's run down & the breakfast is poor but the cleaner does her best. We left most days at 0800 and returned at 2200, the shower was hot and powerful and 1 bed wasn't too bad. There was only one member of the front desk who let the team down. He wouldn't replace any breakfast materials when certain items including juice and coffee ran out, a pity really because the others did. Some morning there was nothing left for guests who wernt there first. The rooms were hot but we were able to turn down the heating ourselves. There was a strange smell in our first room which was on the ground floor but to be honest I think it was coming from outside drains as I smelt it in other places round Ushuaia. We were moved to the second floor and had no issues with any smell. For price and location I would stay again.
