Wow!!”

I have recently returned from Pattaya and on this occasion, I was lucky enough to stay at Hotel Amber Pattaya... WOW, what a hotel! The room, although not big, was in great condition! Nice big TV, very comfortable bed, different but clean bathroom set up, with the toilet and shower being behind separate door and the sink area just outside and behind a screen from the bed. The staff at reception and security were very friendly and raised smiles everyday, especially the security guard, exchanging elbow bumps on a daily basis! The pool area was excellent! Due to restrictions with bars, we started to use the hotel bar near the end of the trip, taking advantage of the beer offers. There was one evening where the bartender was reluctant to put ice in the bucket and just put cold water. After a few words, this was later rectified. I didn't use the food, gym or sauna facilities at the hotel, but everything looked excellent from a distance. I'd highly recommend a stay at Hotel Amber!

Exceptional Hotel”

For a 4 star hotel you are not going to get anything better!!! A brand new hotel that is immaculate, gym, sauna, nice pool area and a great room. We had a Superior room with a queen bed that was so comfortable. Buffet breakfast was nice with plenty of options English, Thai and Indian. Location is perfect, on a quieter street set back a little but walk 2 mins up the street and you are right in mix for bars and everything Pattaya offers. Price point was fantastic value for money. You can not go wrong staying athe Hotel Amber.

Lovely new hotel which is amazing value for money”

Lovely hotel, which I would highly recommend. We have stayed a few times when visiting Pattaya and will certainly return again. If there is a negative to mention, it would be that over the weekends the hotel can be very busy & noisy. Particularly around the pool with young children, but also in the hotel passageways late into the night, so not perfect for light sleepers like us. I would also not recommend a room situated over the parking garage. Again very noisy over the weekend and late at night. This still wouldn’t put us off returning, however, we would be more selective on the room location on our next visit. The rooms are very tastefully appointed, comfortable beds and have very good air conditioning. Public areas are modern, light and spotlessly clean and the staff are welcoming and so helpful. Definitely our go to bolt hole in Pattaya and incredibly good value!

Short getaway to Pattaya”

This hotel was new. Room was pretty and functional. We requested double bed but the gave combined twin beds. We love the pool concept. Breakfast was good with a lot of variety. Staff was nice and helpful. Thank you for your excellent service.

Unexpectedly comfortable and nice”

When I first booked Amber Hotel via Agoda, never thought would be this nice and comfortable. When reaching the hotel, I’m impressed, it was new, clean and cozy. Highly recommend for travel with young kids. I was worried might be noisy at night coz it’s near to clubbing area. But no noise at all, maybe we were staying room facing swimming pool. Nice view, nice ambience and good hospitality.

Good Property with No Facilities and Rude Staff”

It is a newly built - 2019 Property. Room size, Ambiance and Location is Good. There is no Bell Desk, Check-In staff is extremely rude and not at all courteous. It seems that They has not from hospitality Industry at all. If you are first timer to Pattaya they will help you with nothing except checking you inn. Cleaning staff at times will not show up till 6 pm and if you are getting ready in the room to head out the front desk calls you and tells you the cleaning will not take place today !! If you ask why room was not cleaned between 10am and 6 pm and they will hang up the phone on you as if you are staying for free. I would like to tell the owner that the staff attitude will cause the hotel to flop forsure !!!!

the rooms and the cleanliness is like a 5* hotel. much better than any other three hotels i was in pattaya, totally new 2019 hotel , with fantastic design. only downside is that the neighborhood is not a silent one.

Newly opened hotel in Pattaya”

Very nice, sparkling clean and impressive lay-out. A bit tucked away for its location but only a short distance from everywhere. The staff are nice and lobby is impressive. The pool area offers lots of seating and looks like the breakfast buffet is quite varied and with a great atmosphere. The fitness centre is quite small but will suffice for a light workout. Two thumbs up, will definitely book again and highly recommended!

Surprisingly worth every penny! It exceeded my expectations. Although we had a bit problem finding our way back to the hotel from the walking street because there were no tuktuks that passes by in the vicinity of the hotel. It's so hard to talk to the tuktuk drivers. Nonetheless, we realized that this hotel was just a 10-minute walk or less from the Walking street. There's a place which they call Tree Town just right at the corner of this street and there are plenty of food choices and bars which you can go to. There's also a shortcut at the back of this place going to Central Festival - which is a few-minute walk to Walking street. I suggest you use Google Maps to navigate around the area. Overall, our stay here is 100% - very satisfactory!!

It is great experience to stay with Amber. Brand new as built in mid of 2019. Staff are very friendly and the fool is great. Just remember book the breakfast in advance, as you will paid more than double if pay at reception. Also, shuttle bus is available every hour.

Inefficient at check-in with gent arriving later and stood behind me actually being taken aside and checked out n with ‘Welcome drink’. Upon arrival in room half cup of coffee and half-eaten sandwich still in fridge. Changed room okay. If you like to see what partner is doing in separate toilet/ shower cubicles through frosted glass doors then this is the place for you. Wash basin in room and separated from bed by screen only. Not my cup of tea (or coffee for that matter). But cheap.
