Amazing customer service”

The hotel was right on the main drag and didn’t have AC... hence the open windows. The onsen was relaxing and the outdoor part was the perfect balance of hot water and a cold breeze. The traditional breakfast and dinner was remarkable... so many little bowls filled with a myriad of meat and veggies.
