Good choice for winter ”
Must go for the winter holidays. Quite and cozy. I stayed at Odel room which’s so Korean’s traditional house design. Very convenient with CU store a few walk away from my building. Just a few walk for the ski slope 😘. Can’t wait to come here next winter

Stayed in Ski season in Dec’22 with my family. Excellent hotel! Highly recommended, near to ski house, and the eateries around. There is a convenience store located nearby - 24 hours.

Easy access to skii slopes”
Convenient location to the Alpensia Ski slopes and ski lifts. Adequate number of cafes and restaurants for the family to choose from and Convenient stores for the essential items. We stayed 3 days 2 nights and wished we had booked for more days. Highly recommended!

Lovely stay in Alpensia”
Our 2 bedroom Luxury Suite was incredibly spacious with a wonderful view of the ski slopes. Heating was very good especially as the temperature outside was -15 degrees Celsius! Kitchen was well equipped. The queen bed was comfortable, however the ondol bed mattress was rather thin (needs some getting used to). Just note that the towels supplied are hand towel size and bath towels are chargeable. Bring your own bath towels if possible. The Alpensia Resort has a good range of food options. We totally enjoyed our stay and will certainly return to Holiday Inn & Suites if we visit Alpensia again!

Great Expenience”
It was my second time to stay in Holiday Inn & Suites Alpensia. My family was fun there. My son went to ski for two days, and we were happy to play in snow. There are very convenient, as all you need are nearby hotel such as restaurants, convenience stores, ski house, swimming pool..... I think we will go again.

the apartment looked a little run down. booked for a 2 BR suite, which one comes with a bed while the other is the traditional sleeping on floor type. not for fussy travellers. works fine for us since its just a 2-night stay.

They don't provide help to carry baggage to our room and we have to carry up to the stairs n down for check in and out.. We stayed in the tatami Korea style room.. The room is spacious but the bedding given is too thin and they r not flexible to provide extra.. (extra need to charge)

The apartments are spacious & quite clean. Very quiet eventhough its in December. After 1 night, we know why... Not a place for people with no knowledge of skiing cause you can't go on the slopes (not even at the bottom part) if you didn't buy the ski lift tickets. They expect you to sign up for their ski school in order for you to ski. Our experience with another ski resort previously is way better.

One of the worst ski resort”
After visiting several ski resorts in Korea, holiday inn is one of the worst especially for family traveller. I booked a 2 bedroom family apartment. Room is basic, towels are tiny and needed to pay to get additional towels. There were no floor mats in the toilet. Traditional bedding in the room were so thin that it was uncomfortable to sleep on. Worst is that such ski resort has no common washing machine for laundry.
