not recommend”

i have stayed at this hotel before when it was called aussie beer bar. now it has new ownership but still the standard of cleanliness is absolutely unacceptable. it seems that this hotel has inherited bad staff just like its previous owner had. we stayed for 4 days and when we asked for our room to be cleaned, all we got was fresh towels and bins emptied. when we arrived the floor was not too clean either. lazy and unclean hotel. my balcony was covered in pigeon droppings. disgusting! if you like a clean hotel then do not go here. i cannot comment on the food because i did not eat here.

Good value for money”

It was a good place to stay for a budget trip. The hotel has everything to offer such as toiletries, towels, hot water, 2 bottles of complimentary water, etc. We didn't eat at the hotel's restaurant and We only saw few people eating here. In general, this hotel was worth value for money. The staffs are friendly and the room is clean.

Nice and Simple”

Stayed for a night. The room we stayed in is Superior Mountain View. The room was very nice and simple, very clean as well. Nothing to complain about the room. The staffs where very friendly and helpful as well. We only ate at the restaurant for breakfast and the food was okay. The place is very safe and is a good value for money.

Really Lovely Stay”

I have been going to Hua Hin monthly for nearly a year, and i took a chance staying ar HK as they had no review ratings yet on Agoda. Not only is the staff delightful, the rooms lovely, the location superb (very close to the beach and Cicada Market), but the food is fantastic - both Thai and Western dishes. The staff went the extra mile in every way... offering me a free ride to the bus station, a free aperitif with dinner, customized and delicious breakfasts and more. They are beyond attentive, speak English fluently and offer excellent insights into the area. The room was clean, with a spacious balcony and discounted well below surrounding rates. I rented the superior balcony room, but the standard rooms were also superb in my opinion. Wifi is strong and complimentary. I know where I will be staying in Hua Hin from now on.... see you at Heaven's Kitchen!

คิดค่าบริการเพิ่มได้น่าเกลียดมากจากเดิมคิดเพิ่ม 200 ตอน check out คิดเพิ่ม 600 จะไม่กลับมาที่นี่อีกแล้ว ส่วนตัวแล้วที่นี่ก้โอเค ไกล้กับ 7/11 และร้านอาหาร แต่เจอประสบการณ์ที่แย่แบบนี้ครั้งเดียวเลิกค่ะ

ขับรถตามพิกัดใน GPS แต่มันมั่ว! ทั้งๆ ที่ตัวโรงแรมอยู่ใกล้ๆ กับ Cicada Market เลย พนักงานต้อนรับพูดจาดี เป็นกันเอง แต่ไม่มีที่จอดรถ ต้องหาที่จอดริมถนนด้านหน้าโรงแรม แต่ก็ไม่ได้ยากมาก เพราะมีบริเวณที่เป็นขาวดำ พอจอดได้ใกล้ๆ ด้านล่างของโรงแรมเป็นร้านอาหาร เดินออกมาจากโรงแรม เลี้ยวขวาไปประมาณ 3 คูหาเป็น 7-11 ถือว่าสะดวกมากๆ ความสะอาดของห้องพักค่อนข้างดี สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบ แต่ห้องไม่มีระเบียง และห้องน้ำไม่ได้แยกส่วนเปียกส่วนแห้งเท่าที่ควรเพราะขนาดค่อนข้างเล็ก
