Very disappointed and would of complained in person however staff do not speak any English. Avoid booking. Photos are out of date and the facilities listed are incorrect. Hotel is run down to a point where you feel like you are staying in an abandoned hotel this is made more eerie as no staff are around and reception was always unstaffed. The hotel grounds are dangerous lose tiles, wooden structures and what I assume is an old stage these are easy accessible and dangerous and should be roped off or dismantled as are hazard. The shared kitchen which I also assume is the hotels kitchen aswell is over run by cats who are being fed in the middle of it and sleeping in the sink. The pool side bar was not open nor did it have any facilties in it to be opened and was a storage area for pipes etc. Other parts of hotel are being used as storage area for random items for example in entrance/reception there is a tuk tuk which looked great however next to it was gym equipment a stepper, bottles of bird shampoo left around hotel and abandoned bikes covered in weeds on the grounds. Hotel seems to have not had many guests for a while and would of unstood the above if it was a last minute booking however it was not we booked weeks inadvance. Pool unusable extremely dirty water also cloudy and scummy, someone had placed an electronic device in bottom corner of pool no explanation what it was and wire was a trip hazard pool side. No fishing, bbq, playarea, free shuttle bus, massage, pool side bar, restaurant or daily house keeping to mention a few, basically the majority of facilities listed do not exist. The welcome notice in hotel explaining all the information we need for stay was in Thai and the staff do not speak a word of English either. As for the family cottage, the bedrooms were the best feature of entire hotel. The bathrooms were a nightmare old, rundown, dirty and unsafe for young children. Much prefer the Wishing Tree Resort but thought we would try something different. Rooms unclean, pool unclean, breakfast below basic & not acceptable for what they are charging. Staff are extremely friendly but that's about it.

Small place so we have "private" pool and owner tell us we can make own food at hotel and bring some friends too if we like its good place if you want some privacy. Only minus is that it should be little more clean for 3 star hotel but it was ok for us
