Exceptional but…”
We travel with kid this time, everything was good, from the check in to check out, the staff was very helpful, nice and professional. Continental buffet breakfast daily, option from western all the way to asian, miss out the dinner in the Glass restaurant as we cannot make booking due to fully book until months later. Facilities need abit of upgrades, swimming pool is cold, need heater for all year around and for kid, gym is connected with Fitness First, hard to get access to pool if you don’t have your phone with you to register, even after it still hard to access for lot of people, the hall way to pool is not too private , alot of people can see you if you wet or wearing swimsuit. Parking way in and out abit small, be careful if you have an SUV or people moving car Over all we have a pleasant stay, shop and restaurant around us, even in Covid time, we think we safe and sound in the hotel

Great quality hotel, good service, rooms are very comfortable with some nice furniture touches. Buffet breakfast was great, also very good for people requiring gluten free. Excellent location in the centre of the CBD.

Family Getaway ”
Had my wife’s Birthday upcoming and since both of us have extremely busy schedules ahead of us and lack of time to speak to someone for hours over the phone to book a venue we found Hilton quite appealing and easy to book at the same time…..what complemented our stay was the superb customer service and this is what I look forward to when I plan to stay at a 5 star facility….Hilton tops my top 10 list now especially after the revamp. 5🌟

Fantastic ”
My sister and I went for the weekend for an engagement and we couldn’t believe how convenient everything was.. nice stroll to darling harbour and shops and station... breakfast a was amazing.. even when we got back late (4.30am) we had a staff waiting upstairs to make sure we got in our room safely... bed and pillows were amazing slept like a baby.. would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again!!!!

A fantastic stay at the Hilton Sydney. As usual impeccable service and highest standards of cleanliness now with the added luxury of the tastefully refurbished suites. Only one area for change - the room aircon kept automatically reverting to a very cold temperature late at night. We were freezing!

The hotel was nice but we were definitely in one of their budget rooms, but what do you expect for $200 a night. It is located in shopping central so for us the location wasn’t that convenient as we were more interested in going to a bars which was my mistake

Profession service and clean room”
Staff are all professional and helpful with our stay for two nights for mother birthday. Rooms are clean and comfortable bed. Hotel location is good with many scene spot can go by walk and just next to famou watermelon cake shop, which is a must try and taste. The only comment is sauna and swimming pool close too early that no chance to enjoy it at night time.

Room are clean and staff very helpful. We feel very happy to stay here for two nights. Very close to all majoy scene spots. The only one i feel can be improve is the sauna and swimming pool open time too short, for sat sun it closed at 8pm. All other are very good.

Communication from staff was available for everything including restaurants. Vania in particular was fantastic! Checkin and checkout was streamlined. The room was really clean and value for money, I would have liked a harder pillow option (this was the only very minimal con)
