Fantastic Service, Kind Staff”

I stayed at Hilton Phuket Arcadia Resort And Spa with my fiance during our summer vacation. We arrived at night and the lady in the welcoming center kindly greeted us. The first impression of the hotel was very warm and this moment was followed from Aug 11 to 14. Hilton Phuket Arcadia Resort And Spa lived up to our expectation and we will definitely come back to the hotel for our next vacation.

Amazing!”

Had an absolute amazing stay at Hilton Phuket Arcadia Resort & Spa. Great location! Our room was made up twice a day, plenty of bottled water provided. All of the staff were very friendly and very helpful. The resort grounds are huge! didn't have enough time to explore all of the resort facilities. Will be staying here again the next time we are in Phuket.

I stayed at this hotel in Feb 2012 and loved it! The Hilton brand has really proved itself to be a great hotel corporation. The friendly staff, facilities, room service, different pools, cleanliness and customer service were absolutely second to none and i would not hesitate to stay at the Hilton Arcadia in future trips to Phuket. The fact the it is situated about half way between Karon and Kata means that you could enjoy 2 beaches and 2 shopping locations within a short walking distance. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone after 5 star service and facilities. Good work Hilton!

i have stay in this hotel Hilton at list 3 time , it is always a good service and very welcome personal , pretty much expensive price for the food in restaurant of hotel area, but quality of food is very well. Good Hotel”

Take note that Hilton Phuket Arcadia is probably the largest property on the island. The hotel has 3 "wings": Andaman, Lotus and Saitong for a total of 685 rooms!! Its rooms are very very large and spacious and well thai-style furnished. They have every confort as air-conditioning, plasma tv, mini-bar, hairdryer, tea/coffee maker and safe box. It's very close to Karon Beach and it has 4 restaurants: thai, chinese, japanese and italian/international. There also are 2 bars with live music at nights, 3 swimming pools, 2 tennis courts, squash, gym. Don't miss the Spa: it's a real wellness center!!!!!

Hotel location is far from Patong night life”

Nice place, Nice service, nice sea view room. Very good for couples who want to relax.. The sea view room is really very nice. The breakfast is excellent specially if you will take the table near the swimming pool because you can really feel the ambiance and you may feel relax while having your breakfast. All hotel attendants are very friendly and accomodating. No hassle at all when presenting the Agoda voucher to Hilton Phuket Arcadia Resort. I feel that all my request during the online-booking are well communicated with the hotel personnels. Hotel location is far from Patong night life which may be a good thing for those who want to relax, but not good for night persons.

Unique and relax hotel with caring service ”

Overall we very enjoy of our holiday stay in Hilton Phuket Arcadia Resort. All staffs very polite and helpful. Front office teams are very cheerful and helpful during our check in. Room are clean and relax. Breakfast was good and we all enjoy it very much. We will be back again for next holiday! Well Done and Thank you!

Beautiful hotel”

the hilton phuket arcadia is such a beautiful hotel. the gardens are so beautiful and there are about 5 swimming pools. the rooms are large with balcony. the breakfast is great. location wise it was a bit out of the way but it was nice to come back to a quiet and beautiful surroundings after shopping. the morning that we were leaving, it was too early for breakfast, so it was very nice of the staff to pack us breakfast to take away. the whole experience at the hilton was just beautiful. would stay there again.

Great location but far from airport”

i stayed at the hilton phuket arcadia for two nighisland vacation with my family on phuket island. the hotel is in a great location with a huge stretch of beach (karon) directly behind it, which is very easily accessible from the hotel.i really enjoyed staying in this hotel

Fantastic stay”

It's a great experience at Hilton Phuket. I book a stay for 3 nights in a deluxe seaview room and was upgraded for free to a delux plus seaview room at lotus wing. All my requests (double bed, high floor, new wing) were all met without me even asking during check in! I happened to see a copy of my reservation on the front office desk and it was with all my requests highlighted!!!! The upgraded room was of course fantastic. It was spacious (toilet, room and even the balcony!), clean, comes with a super comfy bed. The best thing about the room was their super cushioned in-room slippers, crabtree & eveyln toiletries and we have surprises everyday after their evening room cleaning. They would place a little gifts (like chocolate and classic wooden bookmark) on our bed every evening. I mean they are surprises from the hotel and we really appreciate them. The hotel compound was big and they provide high frequency trams to ferry the guests around. Security is good and the beach in front of the hotel was perfect! No crowd like patong, clean water and sand, and not that many paddlers selling things, pestering you on the beach. It's a very very pleasant stay at Hilton phuket!

A great hotel for family get away”

I normally stay at Movenpick when I visit Karon beach but I chose Hilton for a change. Compared to Movenpick, here are some facts. 1. Facilities: Hilton (Basically. Hilton is much bigger than Movenpick.) 2. Food: Hilton (However, Pizza at Movenpick's Sand Bar is the best!) 3. Room service: Movenpick (Hilton's room service for food ends at 11. Drinks are 24 hrs.) 4. Staff: Hilton (Movenpick staffs are friendly too! If I have to choose one, then Hilton) 5. Swimming pool: Hilton (they have more pools) 6. Location: Movenpick (very close to Karon circle. Hilton is a bit far away from commercial area) 7. Rooms: Hilton (I got a free upgrade to Junior suite. Newer than Movenpick rooms) It was pity that there were too many smokers around the pools where I believe the designated smoking area was provided away from the pool. It would be better for the hotel to have more strict rules governing non-smoking policy in public area.

Beautiful grounds and great location”

This was my 2nd time at the Hilton Phuket. The first stay was absolutely amazing, loved it. This stay however.......it was our honeymoon and we had to wait over an hour for our room to be ready (that was our fault as we got there earlier than the check in time and hadnt told them beforehand of our arrival time) upon waiting in the huge lines to be checked in, the man advised us that we were in a garden view room, i advised and showed him that we had infact paid for a deluxe seaview room. He was flustered and not too professional or helpful, he said well they dont have a room for us...which wasnt what youd like to hear. We were told towait while he spoke to his manager. He never came back to advise us what the problem was, another staff member came and checked if wed recieved our welcome drinks, which we hadnt and then she took over and regularly updated us. It was not mentioned again by the staff that they had no room for us or that we were in the wrong room type, she kept saying they were just cleaning the room for us. About 40 mins later she came back to tell us that they knew it was our honeymoon an appologised for taking so long but they were just setting our room up. They took us to the bar and appologised again and offered us a drink on them which was really nice. Finally we got into our room, very small view of the ocean and the room was alot more outdated than the garden view room i had stayed in the previous year which was abit dissapointing seeing as we paid alot more as it was our honeymoon. Other than that, the resort is beautiful, we had a pool all to ourselves even being peak season. Its a lovely location as nowhere near as busy as insane patong, and walking distance of some great restaurants and local markets. Other than the dissapointing room and wait, we always enjoy our stay at hilton phuket, hopefully this does not happen again, and next time wouldnt bother paying extra for a seaview when the garden wings are more modern. Hilton Arcadia Phuket a nice place to stay”

I would definately recommend staying at the Hilton Arcadia Phuket. The price wasn't bad for a nice Hilton, but you could stay elsewhere for less. Remember that you get what you pay for though. The room & view was beautiful, the staff is incredibly friendly & was very helpful with anything we needed. Everyone speaks English, so no problems there. I would only eat the breakfast included here though. Food is good, but expensive & you can get good food just down the street.

Spectacular hotel!”

Our stay in Hilton was the best. Front desk staff was very, very helpful, kind and warm. And really works hard to provide satisfactory service. They gave us a free upgrade and gave us a very lovely room with a spectacular view of the mountains and Karon beach. Every staff member we encountered during our stay was very kind and warm, always with a smile. Room and amenities were excellent. Room is very lovely and quiet. Food is also very good. Hotel is huge! Can be a bit tiring to get from one place to another, but facilities are worth the walk. Our only disappointment is that there is no free wi-fi anywhere in the hotel and must be purchased for 200 Baht per hour. Nonetheless, we didn't really mind since there was so much to explore in experience in this wonderful resort. We would recommend getting a room in the Andaman wing since it is closer to the beach. Everything is definitely worth the price. Excellent hotel with great service, amenities and facilities. Definitely a great hotel to choose for vacations and relaxation.

Hilton Stay in Phuket”

Our experience at this Phuket Hilton Resort was overall a pleasant and positive one. Had I paid attention and realized it is a resort, I probably would have booked in another hotel...only because of our particular needs, not because of any negative point of the hotel. We would have preferred an easy-in-easy-out hotel accessible to some city center. As a result, we found ourselves staying at the hotel more and exploring outside less. The hotel itself was very enjoyable, clean, and well-kept with an incredibly friendly and attentive staff. The breakfast buffet was expansive and above average. Our experience at the hotel's spa was exceptional and highly recommended. With the caveats already pointed out, I would recommend this hotel, particularly at its price point.

Beautiful pools & grounds”

We stayed at Hilton for 5nights. Excellent staff, grounds & cleanliness, less impressive was food, view from room & cost. We were in a Deluxe Family Room, on the 3rd floor of Saitong wing E, the room was quite large (space for 2 doubles, lounge chair, table & drawers, plus balcony). Only downside was the view, obscured by a tree/ over a road so not ideal, but tree was nice to look at. The food was all OK, not amazing, not terrible, but expensive. We had breakfast included, but we still managed to spend THB 16,000 on dinners (4 nights, ate out 1 night), light lunches & drinks (only 8 cocktails total). If your kids are energetic or you don't have kids, go out to the beach road, turn left or right (either direction), walk 15mins & eat out for dinner. We LOVED the garden pool-lush, green, shady & sunny spots & slide the kids loved. Staff were all fab!! The Hilton Arcadia has lovely grounds and spacious, impressive buildings that are lacking in newer resorts. It's retro, but cool.

Paradise”

We had a wonderful Hilton suite with amazing views of the sea. We enjoyed our pre-dinner drinks and delicious nibbles in the lovely panorama lounge - with magnificent views of the sunset over the sea. The landscaped gardens are vast and so beautiful we felt like we were in paradise. It took us the whole week to explore so many pools, lagoons and the tropical gardens of the hotel and still kept finding more... I seriously recommend the website adds more photos to show the truly amazing grounds and facilities. On our last morning, we were lucky to see a group of workers climb the palm trees to release the coconuts. Not something we've ever seen before! Location was perfect for exploring the island to see the big Budha etc and Friday night market. All staff were exceptionally helpful - the tour desk arranged our boat trip to Phang Nga which was spectacular. All in all a truly unforgettable holiday. Our thanks to Hilton Phuket - we will certainly return again.

Huge property, very nice rooms.”

we only stayed here for 1 night after staying a few nights in a 3-star hotel. boy was that a big difference! for starters, you feel the 5-star atmosphere right upon check-in. the room was spectacular as we got upgraded to a seaview room. very spacious and comfortable, big screen lcd tv with lots of channels. the resort itself has a lot to offer. there are about 4 set of pools, each one a little different. there a mini golf course, tennis court, table tennis, etc. if you have kids, there's a kidszone where you can leave your child for baht an hour or it's free if you stay around. the breakfast has a nice selection with everything you'd expect from a 5-star hotel. however, i think we prefer jw marriott better. we tried their dinner buffet but was disappointed. for 1000baht, we we're expecting more. it seemed there were more selection during breakfast w/c was free. now most reviewers are comparing hilton vs jw marriott. we've been to marriott before and i would say, if you are not looking for nightlife and you plan to stay w/in the resort, i would give my vote to marriott. it has everything inside and the food was better. in hilton, everything was good also, but i feel the place was too big and you dont get a private beach. plus the food wasn't worth the price.
